Nice place to stay. Easy to locate with ample parking. The renovation going on but still the hotel is in good condition, very clean and so comfortable. Staff is good & helpful. Now onwards when I will come to Cedar Rapids I always stay here. I did not face any issue.

Our stay was wonderful! Very nice customer service. The room was amazing. Everything was very clean. Nice snd peaceful. I would recommend it to anyone staying there. I can't wait to stay again!

The friendliness of the clerks made up for a few of the rough edges of the hotel. We also had a “dog room” which probably meant we were in a more abused domicile. But we enjoyed our stay taking full measure of regard for the reduced price, which was about a third of what other supposedly comparable hotels were charging.

Positive: nothing Negative: The hotel blames the customers for the broken showers and in my case a stained sheet taking part of my deposit. Checked out received partial deposit back within a few hours they tried to charge me another $50 unauthorized, which was unsuccessful..

I just give this one star because already it is misleading people who have never been to cedar rapids or don't know the area as that picture is not your hotel or motel it's a picture of Brucemore a historical site here in town not your hotel. So if you're visiting be prepared this town is full of scammers and liars. As for hotels really go it's all right it's on the lower end of the budget but it'll do

My friend and I were visiting my relatives in the area and our stay was just fine. Room was clean, shower was relaxing, lamps/lights and a/c worked perfectly. We got stuck on Roku TV and front desk female employee came to our room to pleasantly tutor us. Great restaurants are within walking distance and short drive nearby. Neighborhood was not noisy and we took morning and evening walks. We would certainly recommend to everyone and won't hesitate to stay again.

Great value for a place to sleep and shower. The breakfast is a positive bonus! It was good. Scrambled eggs and sausage! I would stay here again for the value!

It's never going to be more than a 3 star hotel. It's an older property, but they are doing some maintenance. And the facility and rooms were very clean. Fair price for the room.
