Residence Inn Davenport

I stayed here for 10 days while in town for business. My room seemed new and it was very clean with plenty of space. The kitchen in the room was nice and had what I needed for when I didn't want to get takeout or fast food. The location was convenient and the employees were helpful. Some days we got done early and my room was clean when I got back which was nice. Overall It was a good stay, and I will stay again next year when I come. Plus it's nice to get more Bonvoy points.

I had some trouble connecting to the Internet through their portal, it was eventually resolved. They are refurbishing rooms and it smells like it but I'm sure it will be worth it when it's done! It can be a little complicated to get to with the way the roads are around it, you can find it if you're patient. Breakfast was great and the staff was great.

Positive: "" Negative: big bug in my shower. Housekeeping came 3 separate times before checkout time to see if I was still in my room.Walking in on my while I was getting dressed the 3rd time. After I hollered at them when they knocked to not open the door. No top door locks.

Great hotel! Very clean, great rooms. I want to give a shout out to the staff. Weekend breakfast is at 7am, and my 10 year old had to be at the baseball field at 7 on a Sunday morning. The woman that checked us in made a note, and the overnight employee made sure to have some breakfast items out for us at 6:30, even eggs, without any expectation on our end. Definitely went above and beyond!

Excellent stay! I stayed at the Residence Inn in Davenport for 2 weeks in July while working in the area. The hotel is recently renovated and so NICE! The beds were the most comfortable I've slept in - better than mine at home:) A++++ employees

The hotel is under renovation, so my experience was that of a work in progress. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, or as much as they could be. They sure did try hard. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. My one gripe is that the water is white. I promise I'm not joking. The tap water is white. I don't know what caused that or why it never cleared, but it's off-putting. Almost makes the prices of bottled water in the lobby seem reasonable. Overall a nice place, but bring something to drink.

I stayed at this hotel while on business and used my Marriott points to cover the charges. I booked this hotel because of the least amount of points for the week while I was there and made a huge mistake. The hotel is under a major renovation and it didn’t state that anywhere on the Marriott app until you actually booked it. The place is a mess and I would definitely stay away until it is completed. I was actually in a renovated room and it was nice, but the noise from the construction is very annoying.||The road leading down to the hotel is a mess also and needs a major overhaul also…not the hotels fault. I have to say that most of the employees I interacted with were very nice. I had one issue at the hotel and the office manager corrected it right away. My recommendation would be to stay away from this hotel until the renovation is complete and hopefully they fix the road leading to it also.

Positive: The entire place is being remodeled, the room we slept in was like brand new very nice and relaxing. Negative: The pool is closed due to construction and from what I heard about it it's no longer going to exist expanding the wellness center and office space .
