NillIf I could give this place a no star I would. Walked in and the lobby looked nice, guy at the desk gave us the key and we went to the room....walk in a light switch by the door doesn't work to turn on any light so we went back to the desk and told him he said it does work but asked if we wanted a new room ...duh?! He gave us the room next door so we walk in and right away it smelled like old pee, stains all over the walls, patches all over the walls as well and stains on the bed blankets. The cherry on top was i went to sit on the bed and something hard and crunchy was under my leg, I pulled the fitted sheet up and where I was sitting was a huge dried out booger or dead bug...wouldn't give us a refund and said we could change rooms again. I'm not changing rooms for a 3rd time in that disgusting hotel. We decided to leave and just eat the cost.

★Positive: Nothing Negative: They advertise a coffee maker in the room. But the whole hotel had no filters, no coffee. No change for vending. 90% of the lights in our room didn?t work. Staff was rude. Included breakfast was toast coffee or a waffle. No fruit pastries yogurt.

NillI stayed here because I had had a great experience before. Sadly this beautiful hotel is now under new management and has started to fall into disrepair. The bed was rock hard and the bedside table was in pieces, and only half the lights worked. The only saving grace was that it was clean. It's clear that with a little TLC it could again be one of my favorite places to stay. Sadly, I don't see that happening.

★This was one of the worst stays I have ever had at a hotel. When we arrived, the front desk attendant had an attitude as soon as he came to the front. He informed me that they had a 2 page rule and regulations form I needed to sign in order to stay followed by a $100 deposit. I read and signed the form and gave him my card. Their machine would not read my card and he told me that I needed to pay cash. I went to the ATM and came back and gave the deposit where he informed me that the keys were $5 deposit. I don't carry cash. Thankfully, one of the others in my room had a $5 bill so we got checked in.||||One of the reasons we picked the hotel was the pool but were told that it was out of service. Come to find out, it has been out of service for YEARS!||||The room was average. The floor was dirty and there was only 2 bath towels for 4 people. No hand towels or washcloths. Half of the lights did not work. The wi-fi did not work so the advertisement of free wi-fi, a pool, and free breakfast was a joke. The security latch on the door was not on the door but where I would normally raise issue, I didn't because of the unfriendly front desk attendant and we had two powerful men with.||||Throughout the 3 night trip, we needed more towels, more toilet paper, kleenex, and were met with resistance. We never received kleenex and were given a couple bath towels. ||||When we checked out, we made sure to have the keys so we would get the deposit back. The same front desk attendant seemed to never leave and was there when we checked out. He went to check the room so we could get the deposit back. He took a long time and came back and got on the phone. Then, he told me that I would not receive the deposit because the safety latch was broken on the door. ||I informed him that was like that when we were assigned the room. He then told me he found a cigarette in the trash. I informed him that one of the people in our group had his pack of cigarettes on the table and water spilled out and ruined his unlit cigarette so he threw it in the garbage. He never smoked in the room. The attendant called the police. The police would not do anything and left. I asked to take pictures of the evidence since they said we would have to go to civil court. He balked but finally agreed. He argued with me that it was not him that found it but another man. I asked for the manager and owner's name and information. He called the cops again. We left and were not given our deposit. After going to multiple sites and reading reviews on this hotel, it appears that this is a finesse of people. The hotel needs to be audited and shut down. These people that are working there are crooked and thieves.

★I cannot express my extreme dissatisfaction enough with the condition of the room I recently booked at the Super8 in Davenport, IA. My experience on December 30th was unacceptable and fell far short of the standards I expect from a Wyndham property.||||Upon arrival, the hotel's initial impression was positive. After checking in at 6:30 PM, we left our bags in the hotel to have dinner, and after dinner, upon closer inspection of our room (#120) after check-in, we were appalled by its unsanitary state. We encountered the following issues:||• Unclean bedding: The bed sheets contained hair and stains of an unknown nature.||• Stained furniture: The office chair had visible and disturbing stains that appeared to be bodily fluids.||• Unclean bathroom: The toilet was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival.||||The unsanitary condition of the room was so disturbing that my wife felt unable to stay, impacting her planned remote work the following day (for which we had paid a late checkout fee of $30). We immediately returned to the front desk at approximately 7:20 PM to express our concerns and request a refund. We were informed that the manager would be in contact, but I have yet to receive a response.||||This was by far the worst hotel experience I have encountered in my 45 years of travel. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and the inadequate response to our complaint. I requested a full refund for the unused room and urge you to address these serious cleanliness issues to prevent similar experiences for future guests. I have photographs to document and share my findings.

★Positive: Nothing Negative: There was black mold in the bathroom above the shower. The breakfast was set out but everything was empty. The waffle mix was empty and the orange juice was empty and there was not any cream or sugar for the coffee.

NillLovely lobby. That is about all that was good. My daughter woke up and she had bites on her arm. After searching around the bed, we found bed bugs. We went to check out and was going to let them know but nobody was around. The parking lot had alot of garbage from area fast food places.

NillThis place is another establishment that has fallen by the wayside! The lobby is beautiful but the rooms are trashy! From paint peeling in the shower room to roaches on the wall, they have it all! That wasn’t even the worst part though! One of the employees was like the butler that’s always there but shouldn’t be! He was very rude and very bothersome! I would not recommend a stay unless it’s necessary!
