The cleaning and service staff were great. Hard workers. When I called to verify stay front desk staff was eating and not paying attention to call. Other than that stay was great. Pool area ventilation is terrible. Strong chemical smell and extremely hot. Very much enjoyed my stay. Breakfast attendant on Sunday morning was extremely hardworking, and very nice.

I do not want to write a review, I want to keep this my secret. The stay was fabulous. We stayed over night, had an upgrade, enjoyed swimming, breakfast buffet, and many other points of this establishment. Three families, three different rooms, and not one disappointment. I loved the game room, and just the overall dynamics of the property. The one thing that was odd was the door to the pool, in an emergency, you would have to have your card with you to get out to get help, strange. No card needed to get in the door way to the pool only to get out.

The property is beautiful and clean. The staff was super friendly, especially the woman who as taking care of the morning breakfast area. She was friendly and kept everything running smoothly. My only complaint is that the bed was too hard, and my body ached the next morning. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!

The staff is very friendly. The kitchen staff is very kind and accommodating especially. The breakfast and nightly appetizers were great. My children enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It’s also a lifesaver that they allowed us to have our 60 pound dog stay here with us.

The room was very spacious. We had a pet. And the space for them to run on the outside was very spacious. Plenty of grass The pool area was great. The continental breakfast was excellent. And there was always somebody there.Very attentive to it location was good.There's plenty of other restaurants and bars nearby within walking distance.

The good: beds were clean and comfortable, the tub/shower was clean. The breakfast was nice. The rooms were quiet. The bad: we drove over 5 hours with 3 children excited for swimming, unfortunately that didn't happen. The pool was ice cold and the hot tub was out of service, so they got to "swim" in the bath. The furnishings need to be replaced as they are outdated and felt/appear dirty. The area on the floor where the carpet turns to linoleum was in disrepair and caused injury to my crawling baby as it was sharp. The walls and curtains had splattered stains on them and some sort of red sticky substance on the hairdryer cord. Lastly, the room my parents checked in to was not clean when they entered, this was compensated for by a $40 discount. For the amount of money we paid, I am bummed that this was not a great experience.

Seem like the front desk was always busy. Whenever we would want something we would need to call rather than stand there and ask. We did order towels and they brought them right up. The thing was it was just a little dirty. The beds were not very comfortable. And there were questionable stains on the cloth couch. It had a reasonable kitchenette and a large TV. I just wish we had brought our hotel sheets so that we could cover everything. Lots of hot water. Large meeting space. But it also seemed like they gave us the farthest room away from everything. If the price remains the same we would stay again if it went up at all we would rather go to a better hotel.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had many options available. The workout facility was nice and convenient. There were many amenities available, including a snack store.
