I have been here now for 3 wks. The 1st few days weren’t so good because of disrespectful neighbors that had no respect for others staying here, nor the staff and the property. But that was taken care of quickly with them being removed. Since then, I’ve had a much more peaceful stay. Shilpa, who runs the front desk, is a very caring and protective person. She cares much about your stay. She wears a smile and has a good sense of humor and good attitude! I enjoy talking with her. The rooms are comfortable, with a nice sized refrigerator/freezer, compared to any other hotel I’ve stayed in. Plus, plenty of room to put my stuff in. The bed is very comfortable and pillows/comforter are amazing! Most of the house keepers don’t speak English very well, but it’s fun to try to understand one another. And they always do well figuring out what I’m needing and are so very kind and smile a lot. They are quick with tidying up my room. I don’t eat breakfast much, but the times I have, it’s always been a pleasant experience. Those who take care of the breakfast and those who work in the restaurant, have always been very kind and helpful. And the restaurant has amazing, good quality food! Pretty much all the staff in the hotel have been pleasant to talk to and take care of any need and concern I’ve had.

Stains on the comforter and sheets. Only had small square pillows, weird! Flaking paint all over and mold on ceiling tiles in hallways. Room door would not close correctly and the safety lock was broken. Food choices were terrible and hardly anything good to eat.

There is some charm here, well at least theyve requested some...My Husband and I stayed here for 2 days due to a sick family member having surgery near by. We were pleasantly surprised by just about everything that in itself was a big surprise. It's no doubt an older building with a lot of wear & tear and although it wasn't aged to the point where all those things can capture charm in some weird nostalgic way, honestly They may be years and years away from that, if ever? But the employees seem to work hard to put out a product that everyone still seems to care about, no corners cut,and thats enough for us. Not bad at all,Do yourselves a favor and go ahead stay here,Save some money & don't expect too much you'll have a very comfortable stay.

Just stayed for the night and will say room 211 the heater doesn't work at all and the room was always cold and the nose from the highway due to the window having a gap to allow in noise wasn't that great. The beds were nice and comfy and everything else was Great! The TV was on the small side but worked fine. 1. Repair-fix heater 2. Repair-seal windows Two things that need to be repaired.

Horrible place. Unprofessional staff. Front desk lady Tina needs to get some rest because she was definitely amped. Filthy. Filthy. Filthy. The curtains were nasty. Pulled back the blankets and the sheets and some brown liquid and crumbs. Rented a room for a night through priceline decided to stay extra night. I was having issues with the charge going through. Called priceline and they told me to show itinerary as receipt. Front desk Lady tina said that wouldn't work and said priceline had to call her. I told her about the over an hour wait to talk to customer service at price line. So she said she's gonna try to call the directline they use. It also had a wait time of over an hour. This upset her and she started cussing the automated operator. She told me just to go on and she would take care of it. I went back to my room for a bit and then went back to front desk to see if everything was good. Nobody would come to the front desk. So I went outside. The parking lot in the surrounding area was filthy with garbage. So I used my time and picked up all this garbage for them and then went back inside to see if it was taken care of still nobody would come to the front desk so I went on about my day. The next morning before sunrise the front desk guy who said his name was Harsh came beating on my door put his finger in my face and told me to get out now. He told me that there was a problem with my card yesterday. And asked how I was still in the room because they locked me out. I explained to him that nobody contacted me and told me there was still an issue. He just kept telling me to get out now and that he put me on the blocked list. My bank had locked the card because of a security threat because they also tried to run another charge for $25.

I read about the flag incident in the reviews. It was taken care of over 5 years ago. Had a cod dinner tonight and it was great. Can’t believe that someone picked up my tab - just have to pay it forward. And by the way, never told anyone that I was half asleep in Charlestown Navy Yard some 40+ years ago and raised the flag upside down. Luckily someone caught it right away and I properly raised it (never made that mistake again). Mentioned this before, my Father kept a flag in his wallet. I did the same until that little flag melted away…we all make honest mistakes. Our culture is unforgiving right now and could well do with some honest innocence. But The Quality Inn and Casablanca restaurant is recommended on a Saturday night.

I stayed here as I was moving across the country. I choose it mainly for the economic price and was pleasantly surprised. Even at 11 at night the front desk agent was very friendly. The room was nice and clean, I was comfy enough to go barefoot in my room. The bed..... Oh the beds. It was firm, yet just soft enough to keep me asleep for more than 5 hours, which is amazing for someone with insomnia. The sheets were clean, without the overpowering scent of bleach, and they were buttery soft. I would stay here again, if ever I'm back in the area.
