Great hotel. Everything was nice. Me and my colleagues would surely choose it again next time we visit arkansas city. Very friendly staff, basic room but had everything you need, clean and tidy and good value for money considering the central location.

Gentleman at front desk was very helpful and very polite rooms are clean and exceeded my expectation price and location are better than any other hotel in Arkansas City across from Sonic near the dollar store and Casey's gas station what more can you ask for breakfast is served in the morning coffee was prepared in hot during my check in lobby made it comfortable during check-in plenty of room for parking very well lit area for safety

We booked a room through Expedia because of price and reviews wasn't bad...1030pm checked in get to the room and no linens (top sheet and comforter) on either bed....nbd we had our own blankets...about 20mins after laying down we noticed something crawling on a pillow....BED BUGS...

Great value and service. Rooms are clean and have all the necessities. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even had a nice little breakfast. Will come again and would recommend.

We came down from Michigan to put my father in law to rest. They changed my mother in laws credit card before we even stayed. We had to move 3 to 4 different rooms in the first two days. Bed Bugs, Cockroachs , and flooding due to broken water pipes. We ended up having to move to a different motel the remaining 2 nights. They refused to refund any of my Mother in laws money. She would have been happy with half of a refund for the 2 nights we didn't stay. The manager (owner) was very rude . He was very hard to reach during issues that we had to deal with. The staff that was there was trying her best with little to no help from the manager (owner) he was unreachable. I don't think my mother in law was asking for anything unreasonable, for everything we had to deal with. She was only asking for the money for the 2 nights they already charged her, that we had to stay at the other motel. 😥🤢🤮😥😥

Night staff was amazing!! Day staff very unprofessional. Rude. Mouthy. Room has bed bugs and caught a few on a piece of tape to show day staff was asked to leave the property or they were calling the cops. Still no refund!!

Staff is very friendly. Check in was fast. Comfy bed. Breakfast could be better. Overall decent place to stay. Safe area. Quiet. Clean.
