Bourbon Street Hotel Tower III

Never stayed here, but a coworker does. It has roaches, sometimes there is heat, sometimes not. I wouldn't stay here, and I certainly would never recommend it.

Jovial place to stay had a black molded room with a rotted out wood in the bathroom on the sink started growing mushroom from the rotted wood she only gives good room to her quote on quote “family ” needs to be shut down by the health department

I wish I could give negative 5 stars. I am not one to complain, but my husband, child and I stayed for no more than 20 minutes when someone pounded on our door telling us to leave. They had not informed us that we could not have animals while checking in with my service dog. We paid $220 for the week and they told us we could not have a refund. They then kept telling my son that he looks like a girl. The rooms smelled awful, the bathroom door was stuck open, the heater did not work and the TV shocked my son. After asking nicely more than once, they agreed to give us a refund. While trying to get our stuff out, the lady with the cheek piercings started removing our property without my permission. My dog took one step towards her during this and she replies with, "Ew." I get it, not an animal person. But when 3 other people I see have dogs, there's an issue. I do not recommend no matter how bad of a situation you are in. Not only this, but the owner kept yelling to other people that we were leaving. This entire time, we kept quiet until my son told the lady that he was a boy. She then started yelling nasty comments and we left very upset.

It's a roach infested dump and the maid argued with me about getting another towel . The maid, the manager and the maids husband (who lives at the hotel) were very unprofessional. The manager is the mother the maid and she showed up threatened to kick me out if I talk to her daughter like that again. Unfortunately I paid for a week here and will never come back again. I going to the BBB and report them.

Absolute worst hotel I've ever been to. ROACHES.! Knocked about 200 of them out of the room phone. The manager Tosha belittles her employees in front of and to the guests. She won't provide bleach for the linens. You may find a used syringe under a bed. Just all around a disgusting place. Not for the faint of heart .

Stormie at the front desk gets ten gold stars from me , he was friendly and courteous and knowledgeable and a man of his word. Just thought this guy deserves a raise ..great staff!

My stay was terrible staff didn't clean the room . Staff was rude an room was filty. My parents owned a motel so I know what is expected. I'm surprised the state doesn't shut it down. Needles in parking lot ac was so dirty it couldn't work. Bug an people coming an going all times of night.
