avid hotel Billings West, an IHG Hotel

Avid hotels are no frills hotels, compact rooms with everything you need. We stayed in a King room on the 3 rd floor. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is a little less than other hotels, with more grab and go items. Coffee was good. Front desk folks were all friendly.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The only issue we had was our sleep quality. If someone is in the room above you it is LOUD. Walking, housekeeping cleaning the room either keeps you awake or doesn’t allow you to sleep in. I will stay there again but I will ask for a room on the top floor.

The Avid Billings West is great to stay at. The rooms are very modern and comfortable with great touches including the blackout shades, hooks to hang your outerwear, and a large smart tv in the room that you can connect your own devices and subscriptions too. The bathroom is very clean and enjoyable. One thing to note is it is community shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the rooms, but that is becoming common in the hotel industry. Also, the bathroom also only has a shower so if you need a bathtub this property will not work for you. Their grab and go breakfast are set up for that purpose, but also is a great hotel breakfast. You have breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, juice, coffee, tea, fresh fruit, cold cereal, muffins, toast, a great selection. The 24-hour coffee bar is very welcome. The staff is very friendly and helpful and while I did not utilize them this would be a great family stay with a pool and small gym.

We enjoyed our stay. the rooms were great. the breakfast options were very enjoyable. We spent New Years eve at the hotel and were able to use the lobby to hang out with friends and play some games. The staff was very good.

Hotel looks newer and Staff is friendly and greet guests warmly. Room is a little smaller than other IHG hotels I have stayed at, but it is a lower price as well. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is your basic oatmeal, yogurt, various drinks, fruit. Fitness center has basic equipment and free weights.

This was my first time at an avid property, where I normally stay at Holiday Inn properties. I found this location to be extremely clean and simple. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very nice, and the staff were nice to work with. I would recommend this location for sure!

Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at, absolutely modern, comfortable bed and pillows, and very quiet! Walk In shower was perfect, and loved the shower head and good water pressure! Amazing breakfast bar, coffee actually was very very good!! Great stay, great staff and would highly recommend!

This was our first time staying at this property and it was fantastic! Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is friendly. The property is pet-friendly and our dog enjoyed his stay as well. It's conveniently located and we will definitely be back!
