SpringHill Suites Billings

The stay was great! The staff were very polite. The rooms were clean and very nice, spacious. The breakfast area was clean and everything tasted good. My kids loved the pool, and we certainly loved the hot tub. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Billings.

I love the new SpringHill Suites. This hotel has plumbing/water leak issues. Two different floods in the hallways happened during our 7 night stay (one came from the roof on the top floor and set off the fire alarm for over an hour) and the first room they put us in didn’t have hot water and it sounded like it was a known issue. The bathroom wall in our new room had water damage. Beds are also very stiff and uncomfortable (at least for my liking). Service, location and cleanliness were great!

I had a great stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone traveling to billings! it was clean and cozy. The front desk girl named mariah was very quick to help with anything I needed and seemed like she really cared about the guests and the hotel. I’m glad i stayed at this hotel and am looking forward to my next visit.

We booked a room with a walk in shower, and when we got there to check in they said someone else came first and they gave it to them but would give us (a married couple) a room with two queens we told them we want what we booked it was there fault not ours then I told them they could give us discount for another room. The manger said no I will cancel your room and you can go elsewhere. Told him very unprofessional and he says he is a four star hotel and manger. I proceeded to tell him there is nothing four star about his attitude and customer service. Will NEVER go back again all staff very rude.

We recently stayed at the hotel and while my experience was generally positive, there are definitely some areas that need improvement. |My room was spacious and comfortable, but it was clear that some attention to detail was lacking.||First, there were noticeable stains on the ceiling and the sofa, which gave the room a bit of a worn-down feel. This took away from the overall cleanliness and comfort. Additionally, there was no body wash provided, it was empty and other shower products had fallen off the wall. ||Overall, the hotel feels like it is in need of some TLC and refurbishment. With a few updates and more attention to room cleanliness and maintenance, this could easily be a good place to stay.

This is an observation of the customer...I've stayed at a few hotels...in every hotel I've stayed at there are always smokers going outside...I didn't see a single smoker going outside in 5° weather. I think the smokers stayed indoors in Billings....they need a covered outside smoking area. The staff were very friendly, the room was a little dated but clean.

Worst Marriott hotel ever! 1st room we were assigned was absolutely filthy room with feces in the toilet and a shower that looked like they washed their engine in it. Moved to a 2nd dirty room with a broken toilet and another dirty shower and a dirty sticky bathroom floor. Front desk person, Mariah G., was absolutely zero help with the issues. After we checked in, I read some of the reviews and I am appalled at the issues at this hotel and that Marriott allows this to happen. The General Manager was of course not available. Beware of this property, no where near Marriott standards.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Right when we walked in the staff was super friendly and accommodating. On top of that the rooms were spacious, clean, and the property was well-maintained. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!
