Quality Inn Homestead Park

This hotel is definitely one of the best we've been in. The bar was great and our room had double panels leading out to a living room with a pull-out sofa with extra blankets and pillows in the ottoman. The hotel is only minutes away from great restaurants. Our room was very clean and comfortable and although we were to tired to use the pool they do have an indoor pool. Its a great options for traveling families or families with pets.

Love this place! We stay here going back and forth from eastern Montana to Dillon Montana. Nice clean rooms and great breakfast cooked to your order. Carol helps us at the desk, friendly and professional. Swimming pool for fun. Easy access off I-90. Good prices. See you again soon. 😄

Bedrooms were sketchy, Suspicious stains on the floor… and very plain. The food was decent, and the workers were really nice . But didn’t help when I had an issue. Long check in . They told us we hadn’t made a reservation even though we had it for 1 month already and we had to wait.The pool and spa was amazing, very nice the gym was small and plain. This is a decent hotel but the pool and hot tub i absolutely love .

Positive: Staff were helpful and nice. Negative: Multi story hotel with no elevator. The first room we had had no hot water, the 2nd room the heater broke in the middle of the night when it was -10 outside. The bathrooms were tiny and had towels with clumps of hair on them.

This place might just be the best hotel I have ever stayed at (and I say that as someone who travels A LOT for work.) The room was clean had the most comfortable bed I've ever experienced at a hotel. The manager Trinity was an absolute delight, and she even cooked us a genuine breakfast in the morning. If you're looking for some fancy, ritzy experience, this place isn't for you. But if you want a really good, cozy room with a great bed to sleep in after a long day, I definitely recommend you stop here.

We stayed in a king suite room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable compared to many other hotels we've stayed in. The pool and hot tub were bigger than average and perfect after a long day of driving. They also have a made to order breakfast that included a choice of eggs, hash browns, meat, toast. This was in addition to their nice variety of continental breakfast items.

Our first choice staying in Billings. The Rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are amazing and breakfast is great! Pool area is nice and kept clean. Our recent weekend stay was wonderful.

Never stay at Quality Inn in Billings or anywhere else that's associated Quality Inn. I was going to stay there because my place was going to be fumigated and I want our pet poisoned. Pest person said it wouldn't hurt our cat. I tried to cancel our reservation that day. They told me that it can't be cancelled anything can be cancelled. So this they said it would take 2 to 10 business days we today. Then finally told me today that they wouldn't. They have a bullshit excuse that's what the manager Quality Inn told me. She was condescending. Her name was Jenny. Then I spoke with there 3 party people that these large companies use for booking and finally told me that Quality inn is one that refused to give me my refund. Never I use Quality Inn they suck they will NOT refund your money. They taken from me was 285.00 and I never stayed there.
