AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!! Don’t stay at Comfort Suites unless you want your belongings stolen! After returning from the pool and discovering someone in our room loading up our items into bags, we promptly reported all our missing items (Xbox, wallet, phone, hoverboard, miscellaneous clothes, and six-year-old son’s toys) to the front desk. We also sought clarification on the situation and inquired about the circumstances leading up to the theft. To our surprise, we were locked out of our room and informed that we didn’t have a valid reservation. Despite having a confirmed reservation and even verifying it with Priceline, the front desk refused to let us back into our room. The hotel owner was called, and he proceeded to deny our reservation and claim that none of our items had been stolen. He even accused us of lying and demanded that we leave the hotel. Police were at this point called to help resolve the situation. During the 20-minute wait for the police to arrive, all our items were miraculously returned, and the reservation found except for a cell phone and wallet. The items were found in a laundry cart that had been placed in our room, mixed with trash and drinks, which had unfortunately been ruined. Several toys were destroyed, and we received a duffle bag and clothing that wasn’t ours. The wallet and phone were later discovered at the front desk, and a police report was filed. However, the treatment we received from the staff and the hotel owner during this entire ordeal was utterly appalling. It was evident that guest satisfaction was not a priority for anyone involved. The owner’s aggressive behavior on the phone, where he threatened to ban us from all his hotels, further underscored the poor management practices at Comfort Suites. This incident serves as a stark warning to potential guests. Comfort Suites is not a place where your belongings are safe. The treatment we received from the staff and the owner was nothing short of horrific, and it’s clear that guest satisfaction is not a priority for this establishment. I will never stay in a hotel owned by this owner again, and I strongly advise anyone considering a stay at Comfort Suites to exercise extreme caution and be aware of the potential risks involved.

We were both ill and traveling and checked in at 11 pm with an understanding that the checkout time clearly posted was Noon. We needed SLEEP. At 830 in the morning a cleaning staff member woke us up by knocking on our door to see if we were there so he could clean? He couldn't check with front desk to see if we checked out? Why have a NOON checkout and send staff around knocking on doors at 8 am? THEN to make matters worse there was NO COFFEE in the room except Decaf. 4 k cups of DECAF. Internet kept going in and out so we couldn't even watch a movie. No phone to call front desk. We paid $200 for a room for them to wake us up and not provide us with the correct amenities. VERY disappointed

Both rooms were very dirty. We checked in after a long drive. I had black spots all over my sheets and had to sleep on top of bed !. Spoke to Angela at front desk and she said she could not do anything. But Sara apparently was who cleaned the room. So I've made about 7 phone calls about the filth in our room and never got any results. I was told they would check into it. They did call me back to tell me that what they saw in my pictures I sent was not a BED BUG. Well what the hell was all over my bed ? Just dirt ?

Refusing to cancel 2 teams worth of hotel rooms. Our trip is cancelled due to ROADS BEING CLOSED. They still refuse to cancel. They have hung up on parents calling to cancel. Even letting 1 cancel but not any others. Do not stay if weather can be an issue , you will not get your money back. Do better, it's montana and we can't control the weather. Roads are closed!

Room was nice but a few things wrong with the room rip in sofa and stained on sofa food left in refrigerator but other then that it was nice also I pay cash for soda 4 dollars them they charged it to my room so. Watch your charges I call them but no refunds from them or a call back to me .

I’m a Diamond member at Choice hotel. This “Comfort Suites Billings” is not setting a very good example for Choice family of hotels. I’m using traveling on business. The one trip I’m traveling for fun with my wife and we stay at this Choice location and we get a room with out any bath towels. That’s right, not one bath towel. Figuring that perhaps this was a simple over sight on the cleaning crew, my wife went down to the front desk to request a couple bath towels. The front desk said they didn’t have any. So I wonder was this a known shortage of towels and we weren’t warned that there aren’t towels available during check-in? Was the cleaning staff aware and didn’t notify management? Is the Management just not managing and neglecting to maintain a sufficient inventory of towels? Bottom line is when you pay $160+. for a night’s stay I would expect to have the basics. A bathroom with a couple bath towels is not too much to expect. Apparently it is at this establishment. Makes me want to reconsider if Choice Hotels is the choice for me.

Was charged $1.50 for what I assume was to change my room from what I was given to what I asked for. I ALWAYS stay on the top floor (special request section on the reservation) and I was given a lower floor. I didn't even make it up the elevator until I noticed. Rooms are overpriced and service wasn't great. The front desk person wasn't friendly and, thank goodness I knew what to expect them to say because she certainly didn't speak up. Definitely will choose a more updated hotel IF I ever return which isn't likely. $200 for a room is ridiculous with nothing more than a pillow and a shower to offer. Bypass this location if you can.

The internet was out, yet they didn't bother to inform me of this, thus, wasting my time, energy and efforts trying to access wifi that didn't exist at the time due to their own technical difficulties. There are lights mounted right outside the windows that shine directly into the room and sheer curtains that don't block the light shining in. The heavy curtains that are on the side are just for decoration and cannot be pulled over the sheer curtains to block the light. When I informed the staff member at the front desk she was rude and unaccommodating. I will never stay at this hotel again.
