Super 8 by Wyndham Great Falls City Center

Let me tell you, this place is a 10/10!! Don't hesitate to book a room here. The staff are all so friendly, helpful and communicative. We booked with a third party and had some confusion about our reservation (nothing bad, just needed clarification on what something meant) and the gentleman at the counter (ginger/blonde hair and glasses) took the time to help and explain our reservation to us. We also spoke with another man who had a black shirt and a walkie talkie, he was super nice helpful as well :). The rooms were perfect! Just what we needed, no weird smells, no stains, plenty of towels and CLEAN! Had lots of toiletries. Everything also looks upgraded/new, you can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining this hotel and as someone who has to stay in hotels often, this was a nice refreshing experience!

Everything was exceptional except for the big disappointment: breakfast was not set up on time, the counter was grossly undersupplied, things were missing, and the breakfast coordinator was clearly not on top of her game. Too bad because everything else about this hotel was A+. Get a new breakfast person??

I had a great experience at this hotel. The location was very convenient—close to everything I needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was surprisingly good with a nice variety of options. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. I’d definitely stay here again!

Everything was more than 5 stars!!! The service, the rooms and location were awesome!!! Plus the other guests were all so nice. I will definitely be coming back soon.

Super centric, great amenities. The breakfast was delicious too! Highly recommend. Staff were super helpful and had good initiative as well.

Unfortunately our reason for being in town was not a good one. We were under severe stress. I did call in Saturday afternoon to say we would be a late check-in and the receptionist i spoke with said that would be fine. Not too long after I received a call from her stating our card would not go through for the charge. I spoke with her for a few minutes and she was so very helpful and kind! This actually meant a lot more to me than normal because of how much anxiety and stress i was already under! It's so interesting how a tiny act of kindness can seem like such a huge kindness When you are going through something so stressful. Check in Was easy we were on the first floor close to the breakfast area. I even submitted a picture of the wonderful view we had(understand i post this is good humor it really wasn't a big deal but gave us a good laugh). The only thing i didnt like about the room is the hard floors. Idk if all rooms are like that but when you take your shoes off its a gross sticky dirty feeling. I almost wanted to put towels down to walk on, but I didn't. We requested extra blankets and we didn't have any towels in our room and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind and helpful he brought them to us immediately! The beds were comfortable! I wake up every morning with back pain and this was the first morning i woke up with no back pain at all! That's literally a miracle! Breakfast is very interesting. They have a no touch pancake maker. Idk i get excited and awe'd over the simplest things, lol. U push a button and it will make 2 pancakes for you. It squirt out the batter and you watch it go through the cooking part which then flattens it and you do think "is this gonna cook in time before it comes out?!" It actually does... Its a flat pancake!! Oh, dont forget to put a plate at the end for it to drop out. They also have breakfast biscuits sandwiches and breakfast croissant sandwiches. Then there's, bagels, toast, maple donuts, cereal, oatmeal, milk, juice, bottled water, and coffee. Idk if it's the same every time but that's what they had when we went. I dont know about the pool because we didn't use it. I was too distraught to do anything. Check out was fast and easy the lady at the front desk was very nice. All in all its a avg motel. Everything you'd expect except those floors are gross. Idk if it's like that in all the rooms but that was ours. This is why i give 4 stars and not 5. But omg again i wish i knew the name of the lady i spoke with Saturday afternoon who helped ensure we had somewhere to sleep when we got into town! She is a gem!!! Thank u!!!!

Friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms. We had an excellent stay and will definitely stay at a Wyndham Super 8 motel on our next adventure.

Everything was awesome. I had an amazing time along with a great experience while I was there. The staff made me feel welcome & was friendly to be around.
