Holiday Inn Great Falls-Convention Center by IHG

Our stay was amazing. The room was super clean the staff was so nice and accommodating. The restaurant breakfast was great. Our server was friendly and very attentive. The pool with the water slid was a wonderful treat for our grandson. I've stayed there 4 nights total in the month of March and I'll definitely be staying again and recommending|the Holiday Inn Great Falls. To my family and friends!

If you’re expecting a 4 star hotel, this is probably not your place. We LOVE staying here for convenient access to all parts of town. We also enjoy the warm pool where I can read a book on a chaise under a cabana while my kids exhaust themselves on the waterslide. When I’m here alone, I appreciate the bar and restaurant onsite. Staff is the most friendly I’ve seen and always more than happy to accommodate. We’ve tried most in Great Falls and always return here.

Such a great hotel! I stay here each time I come to Great Falls. The service is excellent. The rooms are very clean, and they have everything that you need for your stay. Cruz and the other gentleman at the front desk are always courteous and professional, going above and beyond. I will continue to stay here each time I visit this lovely city for work.

Great pool and nice hot tub. Our son loved the water slide. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful.||Breakfast at Tony Roma’s was good. A welcome change from the normal buffet style breakfast.||Whitney was our server and she was very pleasant and welcoming.

The lobby is a great experience and gives the Montana feel. Rooms were great with a nice bed. |Enjoyed the lounge to relax at the end of the night.|If looking for a nice meal you do not even need to leave the hotel with the Italian restaurant inside.|Cruz and Austin are easy to work with ask for them.

Room was delightful. Pool was a little crowded and noisy at times. The food was great. Breakfast and Tony Romos. Will definitely be back to enjoy the holiday inn again soon. All in all was a wonderful experience. Rooms were clean with a great selection for the kiddos to watch in the tv.

Nice front desk assistant. Very helpful and accommodating. |Pool temp was a little chilly!! The complimentary breakfast was fabulous. |The coffee was cold in the lobby but that was an easy fix. Please consider to have an extra blanket in the closet to use. That would be helpful.

We usually enjoy staying with Holiday Inn but this time was different. My kids were looking forward to swimming at the pool that had a water slide but found out the pool was closed. There was nothing mechanically wrong with it, the pool chemicals had been managed poorly and weren’t at acceptable levels for people to use it. Then I found out the breakfast I had paid to include in my rate would not be available because the restaurant was closed for repairs. The hotel staff did recognize that I booked that rate and automatically reduced me to the rate with no breakfast but I had to ask before finding that out. Finally, we get to the room and find lots of hair on the sheets. Luckily my family travels with lots of our own blankets so we made it work without using the supplied top sheets. Needless to say we won’t be booking this hotel again when visiting Great Falls. Definitely book the other Holiday Inn near the airport.
