Staybridge Suites Great Falls by IHG

We were not available to get into the room we wanted as when we arrived there was a dirty kitchen area and beds unmade and the room had not been touched by housekeeping. They immediately upgraded us to a different room however having stayed at your hotel before this room was not on par with what we expected. The room we were given obviously had missed some upgrades and had maintenance issues. The heater had quit working and we had to call for maintenance. They were able to fix it. The nozzle on the sprayer on the kitchen sink was broken and shooting water and maintenance was called and had to fix it. We also experienced extreme cold temperatures while we were there and not having heat was very inconvenient. The breakfast and dinner's were great and everything was clean and yummy. We love the items offered and the pool area and hot tub were also clean. It was nice to be able to use the laundry facilities as needed also. The parking situation was difficult as there were lots of snow and not a lot of spaces. Large trucks using regular parking spaces and taking up multiple spaces which did not allow for families to be close to the door during the extreme weather. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom looked like it was from 1970 and needed replacement. The kitchen cabinets were in bad shape. The doors were off the hinges and not closing correctly. My husband actually works for a hotel and this room must have not had a PM done on it in ages. I believe after review of all of our issues and confirmation with the front desk we should receive a refund on some of our money. Or provide a complimentary stay at another hotel for several days. This was our second visit to your hotel and we do love the location and amenities. Thank you for your consideration.

My wife and I spent our anniversary at the Staybridge December 22 & 23. I have stayed at the Staybridge hotel before it is a very beautiful hotel. I would like to thank Brad Walker for getting us a river view room with a king bed and nice living room, accommodations were approved by Samantha Lawhon thank you Samantha. We not only had breakfast we stayed during a day they had social hour. Christina working the social was very helpful always asking if there was anything else she could get for us. Everywhere I went in the hotel the staff was very polite asking how our stay was. Thanks again to everyone at the Staybridge looking forward to our next stay, keep up the good work!

I travel for business in central and western Montana. The Great Falls Staybridge is my favorite. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable. The office chair is adjustable. The breakfast has enough variety to satisfy any taste. The hotel rooms and common areas are cleaned and well maintained.

I've stayed many nights over the last 6 months. The staff is professional and attentive. The Rooms are clean and well-appointed and the property is in a great location near many food and shopping options. I highly recommend fornshart and long-term stays.

The hotel itself was aesthetically pleasing and very clean. Our room was clean and well stocked, we did wish the bathroom light was a little brighter. The front desk attendant was very helpful & solved our issue quickly when we did an early check-in that wasn't noted from when we reserved the room.

The hotel was very clean, check in staff and evening staff were top notch, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. At check in, staff mentioned they had a great breakfast in the morning. It was a phenomenal breakfast, well laid out, fresh, clean. We were so pleased to find five kinds of fresh fruit: raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, cantaloupe, and pineapple. We do not have that selection at home - it was amazing! There was a large selection: bagels, waffles, bacon, eggs, potatoes, it goes on and on. We have never had such a breakfast at any hotel!

Wow! I was pleasantly surprised! We stayed in the off season, the price was well worth the value. Very quiet, fairly clean, WONDERFUL view- we stayed on the fourth floor and absolutely loved the lights reflecting off the river at night and the slow moving train right outside your window. Proximity to resteraunts was excellent. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and generous breakfast. A heads up that there were no utensils in the suite's kitchen. My one complaint was that there was quite a bit of dog waste in the backyard. It made it a little icky to enjoy with a toddler. But everything other than that was very pleasant.

The front staff was friendly, the lobby was cozy with a fireplace and hot chocolate station. We love the room with a river view, kitchen, living room and private bedroom. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices including warm biscuits, fresh scones lots of fresh fruit with a yogurt parfait station. We are staying here again on our way home!
