★★★★★The most comfortable bed and pillows were outstanding! Friendly and welcoming staff and altogether atmosphere was very welcoming! Breakfast area was clean and very well stocked, with plenty of options. Best coffee!!! Cherry on top was when the front desk called 15 minutes after we checked in to ask if our room was satisfactory and if there was anything else they could do to better our stay.

★★★★★Great hotel, very family friendly and fun pool. Clean and quiet! Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and fresh but could use a little more variety in the muffin section. Laundry facilities were clean and easy to use. Very dog friendly but some people don't like service dogs anywhere but on the 1st floor.

NillWe chose to stay here as Wyndham Rewards members on our way home from our road trip. The room rate was comparable to other hotels so why not try to earn some rewards! Our room and bathroom were clean and organized. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. We liked how they had more than one garbage bin in the room. The breakfast was good. We liked how they had make your own breakfast wraps with tortillas, eggs, sausage, salsa, and sour cream in addition to the regular continental breakfast foods! We would stay here again!

NillWhere do I start. Believe every other review. Any other hotel would be better. Homeless shelter across the street. Front desk rude. Very outdated. Clearly they do not care about their hotel. Breakfast was a joke. Was not clean and did not look like it was going to get clean after it was all put away. Elevator broken. Main light in our room was out. And to top it all off. I was charged for smoking weed in my room I don’t even smoke weed. I would gladly take a test. Plus I had an infant with me. Are we serious?!? I’m so pissed. I wasn’t even gonna leave a review because of how bad they are. Booking however does not show them being this bad. I am on the phone with them though. Best believe you are NOT charging me a fee for something I did not do!!

★We checked in with no hassle, the website said there would be a $25 deposit which was not asked for a check-in. The next morning the GM was calling my personal cell phone telling me I needed to go pay a $50 deposit. I did however there is no signage saying that there is a $50 deposit required. About an hour later she was calling my cell phone again to tell me my children were smoking cigarettes in the hallway and leaving the door open. My children use vape cigarettes not real cigarettes and they were at the grocery store when they're supposedly happened. 3:00 a.m. on the second night my daughter was hospitalized because of a seizure, my husband went to explain the next morning at the desk what was going on and that I would pay when I returned, the manager told him she didn't care what was going on with my daughter if we didn't pay by 11:00 a.m. they were out on the street with my 18 month old grandson. I got enough money to rent again because my daughter was in the hospital and was told that we needed to pay an additional $50 deposit. We decided to stay somewhere else. She gave us a receipt stating she returned the $50 deposit and we did not get that back. The next morning even though we were not at the property anymore she charged $250 to my card and then try to charge an additional 50 and an additional 25 to my card. The heated pool was a joke, it was freezing. And the fact that the GM had talked badly about myself and my family to all of her staff, and made our stay very uncomfortable. I've never met somebody so heartless and cruel. We were in a crisis and she was worried about throwing us out. And on top of that stole money from us. I took pictures and documented everything!

NillThis hotel is not like it looks in the pictures. The elevator is scary. It even has a sign that says you can see the elevator inspection at the GM office. The lady at the front desk wasn’t the nicest. I asked to use the bathroom and she replied with “well I wish I had one for you to use” later on we seen the bathroom in the hallway, not far from the front desk. The stairway door (which she was nice enough to put us beside) creeks and slams all night, and because the elevator is scary no one wants to take it unless they have to. Heard the door all night long. Conditioner was empty, room had dust all over the place. Beds were really uncomfortable, the pool was so outdated and had a haze over it. We never bothered to use it. The breakfast was good the lady that was doing the breakfast was super nice, friendly and was on everything when it ran out. We probably wouldn’t stay here again.

NillLady at front desk during the day is very rude. Huge inconvenience for kids whom need to use the restroom while on 1st floor. Yesterday almost seemed unwilling to let them use it. Now today they say the chain broke, worked fine yesterday. No understanding !!! Poor customer service. Front desk day shift.
