The rooms are large and very clean. Daily housekeeping was terrific. Bed was very comfortable. And the room had a small refrigerator and microwave. Jay was super wonderful with the best customer service!! I definitely recommend staying there when in West Yellowstone.

We stayed a couple of nights at the Wagon Wheel. Rooms were spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and basic furnishings. Decor seems a bit mismatched, but it works well enough. There were just enough electrical outlets in the room, but we did have to unplug a lamp and the coffee maker to have enough outlets to charge our cameras, phones, etc. The rooms provided all the basic amenities and included name-brand shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The tissues, toilet paper and hand soaps were all generic and generally lower-end. The bath towels were super thick and very luxurious. Breakfast was basic with breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, and several types of breads options. The same items were offered each day, no variety. Breakfast is not as good as some of the chain hotels, but better than some others that only offer the basic continental breakfasts. Most of the staff was friendly and they seemed to legitimately care that the guests were enjoying their stay. There were some maintenance issues with the property including the main entrance doors being broken, with one missing it's handle and an elevator that is loud enough that the hotel asks you to use the stairs between 10 PM and 7 AM. Not a bad place to stay, but I did expect a bit more for the price per night.

Price for what you get is unbeatable! The hotel is very cute and inviting on the inside. Clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Nice lobby. Location is in walking distance of everything in the town. Our stay was great! Wish I could give 10 stars for the service!! I was checking out to get to my flight when my taxi cancelled. I had no way of getting to the airport and Jason at the front desk helped me figure something out. He was so nice and made a very stressful time enjoyable. Judy, the owner, ended up driving me to the airport herself!! They both were beyond kind and hospitable to me and my family. I will definitely stay here again when I revisit.

DON'T STAY HERE. This hotel is quiet and out of the way. No problem there, but the management does not understand basic business practices in the hospitality industry. I booked two nights online and was given an amount and was required to pay up front. NO problem with that. Upon arrival however I was charged again. At no point in the online booking process did it say that I was only paying for 1 night, instead of the 2 nights I booked. When it was finally clarified after disputing the charges with my credit card. They had they audacity to then charge additional fees for the hassle of dealing with them and the dispute. DON'T STAY HERE.

I liked that the Wagon wheel Hotel is off the heated track and away from the noise of the town but only 1-2 minutes drive away.. The furnishings in the room are basic but adequate, the bed was very comfortable. Toiletries were adequate, though the paper products were not very soft but their towels were the BEST quality we've had in our month of traveling! The check-in man was quite friendly and accommodating. He's here for the summer from Jamaica. The bathroom counter was higher than most, which was nice for us as we're tall. If you're looking for a budget priced place to stay for a night while passing through, you may be satisfied staying here. We were.

New(er) hotel in West Yellowstone. Very nice accommodations with well-appointed rooms. I loved the upgraded carpet and super comfortable bed. We had a King room on the second floor, and my only concern was the large hole in the wall next to the shower head. That was a little unsettling. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was very standard, but did have a couple of hot food items. It is in very close proximity to the Yellowstone NP West Entrance.

This hotel was really lacking—-breakfast area was cramped and didn’t offer much except cereal. You cannot get local television—you must bring your own streaming acct information w/you—totally ridiculous! The hotel clerk told us direct tv hasn’t worked since May. He told us a local woman owned the hotel. No iron allowed in room and no dirty clothing bag. We met another couple staying @Stagecoach Inn and said they were unfortunately placed in older part of hotel and were not happy. These hotels are hugely expensive and VRBO,does not seem to be an option.

I recently stayed at the Wagon Wheel Hotel in West Yellowstone for two nights, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. Firstly, the location is fantastic, just a few minutes’ drive from the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park, making it incredibly convenient for our daily adventures. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, adding to the convenience. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a cozy decor that made it feel like home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring I had a great night’s sleep every night. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, and a microwave. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They quickly checked us in and provided us with many useful tips for planning our visits to the park. The breakfast was plentiful, with delicious coffee and a variety of fresh foods that gave us the energy we needed for our day. Overall, the Wagon Wheel Hotel provided a warm and comfortable home base that made our trip to Yellowstone even more enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Yellowstone National Park!
