Candlewood Suites Grand Island, an IHG Hotel

Second stay at this hotel in the past 5 months. In my review of my first stay, I mentioned how horrible the music was in the common areas and how slick the showers were in the rooms, like a sheet of ice. This stay the music in the common areas was oh so much better, and the shower floor in my bathroom had something on it that made it much less of a hazard. Guess they are listening to the reviews! Nice job!

This property was clean, staff was courteous, and the fitness center was well maintained. I was greeted promptly at the front desk and check in was smooth. My room was very nice, plenty of amenities for a family or business traveler.

I arrived at the hotel and was greeted as an awards member. The staff was very accommodating. I loved my room and was pleasantly surprised that I had a kitchen. I did laundry the 1st night of my stay. I have never stayed at a place that I didn’t have to pay to use the machine! Great place to stay!

Disappointed with food service,which was none. The available coffee was poor👎. The check in lady was great👍. It is an extended stay design and the room was clean and well designed. Being a extended stay design makes no food service even more baffling

The entire hotel, including the rooms, was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated the signs posted to inform guests of quiet hours in the evenings, kindly requesting that guests remain quiet in the halls. This thoughtful touch made the stay even more relaxing.

The room and common areas were clean, the room was very spacious and stocked with everything you would need for long term stays or short, friendly staff upon check in and check out, always helpful in answering any questions I had. This was a great location too- very centrally located- near lots of restaurants and amenities If needed. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice clean lobby and easy check in, Room was clean and updated, kitchen had all I needed. I didn’t use the pantry downstairs but it was stocked with a great selection of choices for all day options. The coffee on demand is a nice touch.

Stayed here just for one night on business while travelling through. Place was clean and comfortable and they had nice new coffee machine in the reception area. Convenient location too easy to get to.
