NillThe amazing city of Lincoln,NE is where you would go to find this great place. The reason for such a great rating on a building that is refurbished and newly renovated is a great place to be. Look at staying at Town house Extended stay even if you are only here for a week or just even 1 night stay this is a great place to be to lay down and rest and re charge urself after a busy day. My family and myself are staying here because not just because are situations in life but we enjoy it here. I and my family are very happy with the staff and employees that work here. We gladly recommend anyone to stay here. The pricing is great depends on what you looking for. Please check this place out and provide a good feedback if you stay at Town house Extended Stay. Thanks for Reading. Have a great day.

NillFor the price, this motel is excellent. Rooms are newly renovated and clean, and the internet us fast and reliable. The location is great, as I can easily walk to many restaurants in downtown Lincoln. The staff is very friendly, especially Juli the manager. I've stayed at the $150+/night places in downtown Lincoln but I keep on coming back here.

NillReally nice renovated rooms. Comfy clean bed. Quiet at night. Area wasn't awesome but lots of places that deliver late night. Staff was cool at night. I left something really important in my room when I left in the am and called front desk in a panic. She put me on hold ran all the way up there and had it in her hand and I was able to retrieve it so that was pretty awesome.

NillThe townhouse is an example of "you get what you pay for". The rooms are shabby, run down, out of date and small. But for 450 a week, you get what you pay for. The gm Julie is nice, and she tries- but it's kinda just to the point where even the most great intentions are going to be missed. The neighborhood is rough to be nice with wording- drug deals are out in the open, prostitution is in your face, and to go outside after night fall is sketchy. But, you get what you pay for.

NillDo not recommend. Especially if you are traveling alone. Rooms were not very clean, shower was subpar, one of those places you dont feel good about being bare foot in your room, plus sketchy stuff goin on in the parking lot. And, they charged me another $50 "deposit" even though I didn't bring any pets. We'll see if it goes back on my card after check out or not.

★Positive: "" Negative: Location was questionable, hair dryer did not work, air conditioner did not work even after changing rooms because the door lock did not work. Shower too low Person at front desk had no answers for us for our concerns hard to understand

NillStaff was polite. 1 star cause Room had roaches 😬. Besides that it wasn't that bad. Please fix the roach problem though. Counted at least 5 when I was there.
