So me and my wife decided to get a room a Valentine’s Day to have some time alone. Went out for dinner came back to room, bedding was stained, peep hole in door was gone had toilet paper in it that didn’t completely plug hole so anyone could look in. We only spent one night. Get this it is middle of February temps are very cold. One week later my bank account gets hit for $200. From this motel. I call the manager/ desk clerk and he tells me that his cleaning staff said we damaged the air conditioner. We never touched it. I will not recommend this place to anyone. And I will never stay there again. Rating 00000

First of all the room has ants!! Website says pool, has a concrete slab! FREE breakfast consists of a apple banana granola bar and honey bun! Only 1 washer the other one is broke! Takes 2 times to dry clothes! DND signs don't matter because they will knock anyway! They take an inspection of the room to make sure you have the EXACT amount of towels! Housekeepers all tell you something different! Leave trash by the door then your told not too, then he talks walking away from you in a rude manner. I was gonna leave a 5 star rating but how I am treated it has dropped to 1 star! I will never stay here again! Very upset and almost ready to let the BBB know about there establishment!

Me and my grandmother had to book a room here because of a family member being in the hospital. We got the room at a discount because of our situation. But the second we got back from going and seeing our family member the hallway stank like Marijuana. Our toilet was constantly making a loud noise and there were no baseboards in the bathroom, my grandmother had a weird stain on one of the layers of bedding, our heater had a draft coming from the outside during below freezing weather. When I went to shower the first night one of the towels had very worn through holes in it and the second night when I asked for more towels my hair was stained by mildew or mold or something. We were promised continental breakfast but when we went to get it we discovered a bar and gambling room and we're told that there was no longer a breakfast service. But atleast there were no roaches I saw of, right?

A not-so-warm welcome from the "Duke" of hospitality. When you call yourself a hotel manager, basic hospitality should be part of the job description—right? Apparently, not at Duke’s establishment. As a disability advocate, I reached out to discuss an incident where a guest with a service dog was flat-out denied the right to check in. I was expecting a conversation, maybe some mutual understanding. Instead, I got a crash course in “how NOT to handle a guest concern.” Duke (the manager) responded to my attempt at dialogue with hostility and rudeness, making it clear that he believes the rules don’t apply to him. When I tried to explain the legal requirements around service dogs, Duke boldly declared he wasn’t interested and promptly hung up the phone. In a daring finale, he actually challenged me to go ahead and sue him. Charming, right? It’s not just disappointing to see this level of ignorance—it’s dangerous. A hospitality business that chooses not to follow the law shouldn’t be rewarded with our dollars. As for Duke, maybe it's time to brush up on customer service—or at least learn to read the Americans with Disabilities Act. That one's kind of important, especially for someone in the business of accommodating people. Until then, consider booking elsewhere if you expect basic human decency.

Only being in town for the night and leaving early the next morning I didnt want to spend a lot and booked here off a third-party site. It was cheap. The hallways look like a place they'd film a horror movie. The room was ok, the bedspread had cigarette burns on it and the shower was dirty. Thought about leaving but stuck it out and actually I must say the pillows were great for a hotel thus to bump from 1 star to 2. The staff was polite but I cant recommend it at all.

Showed up and there was no reservation found for us so the man booked us a room on the spot. Even though our two children were there, he did not include them on the room so we didn’t receive two extra towels for them. In the morning when I asked for the two extra towels, the new front desk clerk got upset because it only showed two people were in our room and he didn’t want to give away two more towels. That’s just the start of it. The hallways reeked of mildew, but as we opened our room door, the mold smell was even worse. We had to shut off the air conditioner because it smelled so bad and we were scared for our health. Everything in the room had a sticky film on it, I was scared to take off my shoes and walk barefoot. I opened the window to get fresh air in the window opened all the way, so somebody could have just climb right in. It also looks as though the back half of the hotel has been abandoned and boarded up. The children were terrified. While dealing with the fear of intruders and mold inhalation, the children were extremely disappointed that they brought their swim trunks for the concrete slab. When I awoke in the morning I looked for breakfast, but it appears as though the breakfast area was converted to a bar and gambling area. The children were also disappointed about this until they got smiley face pancakes at IHOP. After a 16 hour day of work, I was left with no other choice but to sleep here for a second night in a row. As exhausted as I was, I couldn’t wait to leave. With less than four hours of sleep, I got up and drove four hours home. Never ever will I stay at this hotel again.
