My young son and I were in town for a doctor’s appt for him. The night before we stayed at this hotel. The whole experience was great. Neeraj was our welcoming front desk associate, and he was wonderful. We enjoyed the food and drinks from the bar, the hot tub and the pool. Our room was very comfy, and the beds were great. The next time we come we will definitley try Nick’s bar + supper club. The food looks fantastic. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great experience here in Hilton Downtown Omaha. The suite we stayed in was renovated and very well appointed and comfortable. Melissa checked us in early in the morning and was very friendly and welcoming. She even offered us a complimentary pastry because she had some extras- it was a nice surprise after a long day of travel. We ate at the restaurant in the morning where Paige took care of us. She was also very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was great! Thank you for a very nice stay!

I’ve had good experiences with this hotel before, but not this time. The convenience of the location was pretty much the only good part of my stay. The guy at the front desk when I checked in was extremely rude to me. When I attempted to leave I struggled with the gate and the valet was extremely rude to me, not even bothering to listen to why I was struggling with the gate. Just telling me to get out of the way. Overall a pretty disappointing experience. After being chastised by the valet I went back in to the front desk to get help with my parking situation. Zahira at that front desk was amazing. She listened and understood. She helped me understand some of my frustrations with the hotel. She’s the reason I’m even considering staying there in the future. Zahira deserves recognition for her empathy and hospitality. I truly appreciated her help.

Positive: The staff was friendly. The room was quiet. The lobby was very nice and the bar area had live music in Saturday evening which was a nice touch to end an evening. Negative: The shower has signs of mold. Having to pay $30 a night to park at the hotel seems high! The ticket has to be validated but didn?t work so had to get another parking ticket . An old fashion at the lobby bar was $25 for one drink, that?s very high !

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible team at Hilton Omaha for their exceptional customer service. You truly have the best teamwork! I arrived at the hotel very late, feeling extremely hungry, and asked Miss Brenda if the kitchen was still taking orders. Unfortunately, it was closed, but Miss Brenda went above and beyond by offering me a fresh tuna sandwich. As a flight attendant, our schedules are often unpredictable, and I truly appreciated her kindness. The next morning, I was greeted by Miss Tess and Miss Paige at breakfast, and once again, their hospitality and customer service were outstanding. I can’t wait to return! Thank you so much for your wonderful service! Stay safe!

The good: Service at the Nick’s Quorum (the hotel’s restaurant) was great. They went out of their way to make us happy. The bad: The escalator was broken when I first arrived for the conference. Trash receptacles were not positioned around the second floor so people didn’t know what to do with their trash except find a bathroom and dump it there. The second day of my conference I decided to book a room. At 5:00 pm I had a drink at the bar. Both bartenders were trading jokes and making fun of the two groups of conferences that were parroting the hotel. Not professional behavior at all considering I was one of the “nerds in backpacks” they were referring to. My room appeared nice but when my companion lifted the seat of the toilet, there was poop on the underside. Gross. Housekeeping did not do a thorough job cleaning the bathroom and made me wonder what else wasn’t clean in the room. At 8:30 am we were woken by housekeeping trying to enter our room. Too early! I think charging $34 for daily parking per car is too steep. Especially if you aren’t leaving the hotel.

We will NEVER be staying here or any other Hilton again. We booked through a third party booking system. The reservation was under my husbands name but though my account. We waited in the parking ramp while he was checking in because we have a baby, then come to find out they wouldn’t let him because it was under my account so I had to walk back and do it with my ID. Later, I wanted to do laundry from traveling and had seen that laundry facilities was listed under amenities on my booking. I went to the front desk and asked where it was and was told they don’t have on site, only valet laundry Monday through Friday. Later, my husband walked down to let the dogs out and realized that our oldest daughter couldn’t get in the pool because the key didn’t work. I had to call down to the desk and confirm my identity to get him another key even though I requested after our check in incident he be added to the account. While he was waiting for a new key, one of the other front desk attendants walked over and stated (extremely loud so that everyone else around the counter heard) “‘make sure they are charged for the dogs because it’s not on their account”, as if we were trying to hide having our dogs. I had included comments in the booking that we have two dogs, and if I was trying to hide them why would we walk through the main lobby in front of the front desk? We ordered food to go from the “barRoom” and I tipped 10% so that the total came to just over $70 WITH the tip, yet my card was immediately charged for $88 and some change. When brought to the front desks attention they said they didn’t know why that happened and would get the manager, and left my husband standing at the front desk without returning to address the discrepancy. I have never had such a horrible experience in a hotel and the service is absolutely terrible for the price it cost to stay here. NEVER AGAIN.

I usually stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The beds are much better here, even though I love the Garden Inn! Dining in the bar on a Sunday night was a bit strange. I enjoy the sit down at a table with full service for everything….food, drink, cocktail! So strange with the counter service and then having to walk up to the bar to order. But TESS was amazing!!!!!! 🤩
