★★★To be honest, this hotel did not live up to the Marriott Bonvoy standard that I've come to expect from their properties. |The hotel seems tired, with most of the surfaces in the rooms displaying years of wear and tear.|Our first room didn't have a working air conditioner, only a temporary window unit. And no phone. |We were moved to a different room once it was brought to the hotel's attention however, the new room had no control over the climate controls. Air conditioning was either high or low. The room was always cold. |$15 a night for parking on-site while the automatic garage gate was stuck open seemed more like a suggestion, we witnessed several cars simply drive through the open exit gate. |We booked a second room for my wife's family and they were made to wait in our room until 3 pm to check in. |We stayed for 5 nights and paid an average of $200 a night, per room. I believe Omaha has much better hotels in that price range. We'll probably stay elsewhere on our next visit. |

NillCame into Omaha for the first time to shoot a commercial and production booked me at this hotel. I stayed in a king suite and was impressed by how cleanliness and how perfectly things were sectioned off in the room. The staff was great, and prompt with things I needed. I felt comfortable and not boxed in. The location was right next to Turner Park and a local art gallery, which was pretty impressive. I grabbed a bit at Ray's Wing & Pizza and had the "Big Eddy" burger, which I promise is amazing! I wish I had more time to explore more what was around that location. I will say that if you plan on staying at this hotel you won't feel disappointed.

NillVery good hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Facilities all working. Complimentary breakfast and coffee tasted great. Staff was friendly and competent, especially Wendy at the front desk, who went the extra mile to ensure I had a good stay.

NillThis hotel is a great value. My family has stayed in rooms with 2 queens and a kitchenette twice. I appreciate how thoughtfully the rooms were designed, with lots of storage and a TV that pivots between the couch and bedroom areas. The breakfast is outstanding with options including fresh fruit, delicious scrambled eggs, fresh biscuits and muffins, and made-to-order omelettes, crepes, and pancakes. The hotel is pet-friendly and there’s a park just outside. One downside is the rooms on the north side of the hotel get a lot of street noise.

NillI stayed here as a Bonvoy Titanium member 2 weeks ago for what was supposed to be for a week and only ended up being for one night since I had such an awful experience. I travel all across the country for work, so I really get a chance to see what hotels have to offer, especially since I’m a former AGM of a Marriott property back in Colorado. I was on the top floor near the elevator and after a night I found out that the heating/cooling of the room is controlled from the front desk! I’ve never in my years of staying at Marriott’s had to call the desk to ask to turn up and down the thermostat, but after calling the desk the next morning the man at the front desk said he would adjust my room to cool down the room since it was really warm the first night. After a couple of hours had gone by I was still really toasty up in the room. I had asked to be switched to another room and he said he would switch me. After getting all of my things packed and walked all of my things to the next room I had found out the room I was switched to was a double queen studio room. I was not told about this before the move and the guy at the desk response was “I meant to tell you”. Unfortunately he said they were sold out that night, so after dealing with all of those issues and hoping switching rooms would fix the issue I decided to check out a couple of days early. No apologies or anything. After this awful experience I don’t plan on staying here again and I would hope you would think the same, especially if you want absolutely not control over the temperature of your room only to have to call down to the desk. This is a known issue at this property after going thru some of the reviews. I definitely wish I would’ve gone thru the reviews more through before wasting my time. Save yourself the trouble, you’ll thank me later.

NillThis is not the first time we stay at Element hotels. This time it’s frustrating because I don’t have control of the temperature of the room. The room is stuffy and hot and I called front desk to let them know and that’s when I found out that I have to tell them to turn on the ac and fan. The water on the bathroom sink is plugged, there is mildew in the shower , the sink has a crack and when my husband took a shower there was no soap or shampoo. He had to called to get some. We are paying $200 a night and expect a decent place to stay.
