We had a truly wonderful experience thanks to the incredible efforts of Jeff at the front desk and Blair, the general manager. Jeff went above and beyond with his hospitality—he not only ensured our check-in went smoothly, but also gave us excellent restaurant recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. His genuine warmth and attention to detail made us feel truly welcome. Blair’s leadership was also evident—thoughtful, professional, and clearly dedicated to guest satisfaction. The breakfast was delicious—fresh, well-stocked, and a great start to the day. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch—everything was spotless and well-maintained, creating a relaxing and comfortable environment. We will definitely be back—both for future doctor appointments and for leisure. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and well-managed place to stay. A big thank-you to Jeff, Blair, and the entire team for going above and beyond!

This was a last minute trip to visit family in the hospital. We are Hilton honors members so we wanted to find a Hilton hotel near the hospital. It was a perfect location and we were able to walk to visit. The staff were so personable. We talked with Jeff before we left and learned we had some common Iowa memories. Great staff member. Keep it up! Ann & Rick

I chose this hotel because the Home2 back home in Portland is great! We just checked in and already I’m not impressed. There is a parking garage that we pulled into. When checking in we were told that parking in the garage cost $15 a day. I asked if there was anywhere else to park? We were told across the street, but no guarantee you won’t get towed? Again, our Home2 in Portland has a big secured fence parking lot with ticketed gate. You get your ticket validated at the front desk. NO CHARGING GUESTS FOR PARKING AT THE HOTEL!!! Another disappointing situation was that the pool was closed. Another reason we chose this hotel was for that fact to spend time with our son there that we were visiting. Walking down the hallway to our room we noticed condiment wrappers and debris all the way on the floor. As soon as stepped in the room the first thing I noticed was a big chip on the counter, the bathroom door lock didn’t work, and at least one of the USB Chargers didn’t work. We went down one morning at 9:10am and there was no coffee. Thought okay, breakfast ended at 9am, but thought there might still be some. Bit went down the following morning at 7:30am, right in the middle of breakfast, and still no coffee. And they put a sign on it now. We checked in on a Sunday, and since they do room services every other day we got our room serviced on Tuesday. 2 queen beds with 3 guest, and they only replaced our 3 towels with 2. We didn’t noticed it until we needed to shower the next morning. So we called down to the front and ask if we could get more brought up. The response was, “I’m the only one here, so you can come down and get them” it took me having to actually ask them “can’t someone bring them up?” (Any other staff member??) For the person to say, I can in about 5 minutes. Tried the breakfast in the first day and the food was cold except for the make it yourself waffles. Never tried the breakfast again. They left a reply on this review to contact them by phone or their support website, which it did. Still haven’t heard anything back.?!?!?

Spend here one night and left.... The bed sheets were used before me and not clean...disgusting! Thank god I travel with my own pillowcase so at least that is clean. The floor was full of dust, there was hair in the bed, on the kitchen counter and of course in the shower. The breakfast area floor was full of breakfast crumbles from the days before and that is really unbelievable that nobody clean that. The guy at the reception was showing that he is realy nervous about my need to correct the company name in the receipt. Not nice experience and I am not a needy guest.. I just want the normal things, nothing extra. . I left to Staybridge. You should send staff to education there.

It’s not an official “5-star hotel” but it gets 5 stars. I was just here over night but it was a good stay. Jeff and Jay were both incredibly accommodating and kind. Comfy beds, soft sheets, free breakfast. Really can’t ask for much more. Thank you for a good stay. P.S. if you stay here, bring earplugs. Close proximity to the hospital so there are occasional ambulances passing by in a hurry.

Feels like a home away from home hotel! Very cozy and comfortable contemporary look and feel with exceptional amenities. It even has a small kitchen with dishes, microwave, dishwasher and a decent-sized refrigerator. We absolutely love this place!

First class accommodations. Very clean and professional looking environment. Jeff, at the front desk, was one of the friendliest hotel receptionists I have ever met. Went out of his way to make us feel welcome and to accommodate all of our needs.

Took a family disabled member to Omaha for a medical procedure. To access the front desk you have to park in their secured parking or you have to walk up two flights of stairs. So we parked in the secured parking garage. At the front desk we are informed they do not have any handicapped accessible rooms on the min floor. I paid for the room with my credit card. We acquired no incidental charges however, a few days later there are charges coming through on my card. I called the hotel and was told, “there is nothing I can do about it”. I asked to speak to a manager and was told, “call back, he’s not here and if you call on Monday he can’t talk to you because he’s busy”. WOW!!! Terrible customer service!!
