Room was extremely dirty and there was an unknown substance crusted onto all the walls. The bathroom was dirty, there were a bunch of dead bugs on the window sill, and hair in the sheets. The fire detector had been removed, there was no door latch and the dead bolt barely caught, and there was no bed bug protector on the mattress. It was also a non-smoking room, but there was a used ash tray and the room wreaked of smoke. The owner did offer to give us a different room, but we refused because I couldn't imagine that if there were any other rooms clean they would've given us this one.

When we have arrived it look kinda hidden in the back corner. It is known not to be the greatest hotel but it was the cheapest. When I went in and checked in the guy look very idk how to put it. Maybe he didn't like his job. He kinda snarled at the situation when I asked for a room located on the lower level due to my husband and my disability makes it hard to make it up steps and also a bad idea when you have your 3 year old daughter with you. When entering the room it was small. I also asked if he can switch the bed that we did have a 1 bed to a 2 bed and he did an i am so greatful for but finding the room was a tricky one. It came with what i think 2 ac units a fridge where the freezer dont shut cause the ice frost and there was no microwave. I did my look around and took my pictures so they know what to fix. If right now If I wasn't on a fixed income I would up and leave going to super 8 on 145th by Sapp brothers. The linens was dirty thank God I keep blankets in our car. The best that happen is we are close to anything we need you have thirst world subway and gas stations in blocks. Fix up and make it look presentable I may stay agian with my family and thank you for walmart my onn Chromecast works amazing.

I want to the lobby to get money of my card at the atm and the person that works the morning was on the tv where the cameras are and he had the one camera pulled up where the the lobby is taking a pic of me how I know that is because I walked in the office to get change for my laundry and I seen the camera on the tv pulled up they all need to go back to there india or learn English cause trump is taking them back thank god yay trump

Good service, very polite and respectful. Me and my friends were treated very good and I plan to use them in the future. Even though there are a few to choose from in the area, I believe this one is the best priced and they have a 24 hour game room. Book it.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean spotless. The water was hot. The AC worked perfect. And we had the privacy we desired

Guy at the ft desk was nice enough. But at $44 a night, I didn't expect much. The room wasn't in the greatest of shape. Floor was dirty. But it did what I needed it to do for one night. This place is a trip... Property and surrounding grounds were dirty as well. Pool is out of service. And one back stairwell the step is set on bricks because it is broken...

This wasn't our first choice for a place to stay, but bc it was a last-minute decision, our options were limited. I don't know where to start.... it was overpriced, the decor and furniture in our room hadn't been updated in two decades, if ever, and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in that time either! There was blood splattered on the bathroom wall and the wall next to the bed, and the entire bed spread was covered in burn holes, yet our room was non-smoking! I wouldn't stay here again if I got a free night or was paid to stay! I'd rather sleep just about anywhere else, quite honestly! Save yourself the disappointment and the money!! The one & only good thing was the game room, but it too was loitered with sketchy people all hours of the night.

I beg of you do NOT stay here. This is the most atrocious place I have stayed in my life. Sticky substance on the floors. Stains and unknown substances on the walls and doors. Lock on the door did not work fully and could be broken into very easily. Washcloths in bathroom not clean. No door handle on the sliding bathroom door, but a towel was shoved in the missing hole as a makeshift handle. Honestly cleanliness of the room and whole facility was shockingly awful.
