The lobby is beautiful, but that is where is stops. Our room smelled horrible. There were stains all over the carpet in the room. The wallpaper was peeling off. Only one working elevator and it sounded like it was on its last leg. It was dirty with broken pieces of trim on the floor and had a bad smell. My door key stopped working multiple times, and from the sounds of other guests in the elevator it happened to lots of people. The pool and gym were both closed for "renovations", but nothing was being done. I booked this hotel because of pool and confirmed it was open when booking.

Do. Not. Go. Here..... Upon entrance, the lobby is beautiful. That is where is stops. We took the only working elevator to our room. The elevator smelled bad and was filthy, broken trim pieces in the corner, debris, and filth. Should have been an indication of what awaited in our room. Our room smelled of vomit and there were stains all over the carpet. The wallpaper was peeling off, and the air conditioner was so very loud and sounded broken. The pool and gym were closed our two day stay, but when I booked I called to confirm they were open. The "hot" breakfast was a joke. You have to get a ticket from the front desk to eat, and all that was available was cereal, pastries, and waffles. I paid nearly $100 a night for filth.

This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. And I gave this place two separate chances. Last year when I had to come into town because my father was dying. I booked this hotel because of the pool for my children. The pool was closed for 4 of the 5 days I stayed. The hot water in my shower wouldn't work and when I told the staff they said there's nothing they could do, they couldn't get maintenance up there and they couldn't switch my room. After two days of complaining they finally moved us. I paid $100 a night then. Now this week I paid $65. My family and I moved back and we are buying a home that we are closing on so I booked this place again. It was the worst mistake I could've made. Both times the person checking us in had horrible customer service. They didn't tell us when breakfast was. They didn't tell us what floor or what my room # I was in. they charged my card and handed me my room key. And moved on to the next guest. Last time in a two bed room we had 4 towels now there's only 2. When we asked for more we were told no. This time the pool was closed the whole time. I asked the front desk person when they pool will be opened he said it was closed due to maintenance and I’ll be open on Monday. So my kids were so disappointed when we found out it was closed for renovation. I've worked at a 4 star hotel and a comfort inn as a front desk person. i was trained to always greet the guests. Let them know of the amenities, how to find their rooms and what time breakfast was if we supplied it. Today was the last straw for me . I asked for paper plates the manager was like we have bowls I asked what about the breakfast plates he said that's Different these are the only thing I can give you. As a front desk person your job is to make sure your guest needs are met. Whether it's making sure they have hot water with their shower, enough towels, or flipping papers plates! Please do not book this place! Do not give them your money.

How is this still a Wyndham???|This hotel looks like it hasn’t been maintained in years. The parking lot is in disrepair and very poorly lighted. The pool is “closed for repairs”. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the room. The ceiling was flaking off. The lamp shades were cracked. The toiletries were practically non existent. The service was terrible. When I called down to the front desk to ask for extra towels (we had booked as four people but only been given two towels), the front desk told us we needed to come down to the front desk to get the towels. When I arrived at the front desk the manager was watching videos on his phone. 🤦🏻‍♂️ The hallways smell of cigarette smoke. The carpets look so filthy that I didn’t want to take off my shoes. I seriously don’t understand why Wyndham allows them to keep the Wyndham name. ||I was a bit worried that I would be charged for the damages I noticed in the room, so I mentioned that there were damages in the room. The manager immediately told me I wouldn’t be charged. He didn’t even ask what was broken / wrong before saying that. So, they clearly know that their rooms are in disrepair.||Good things: comfortable and clean bedding

Hotel is fine. I have stayed in a number of hotels in the Omaha area in this price range and the Wyndham is probably above average for this price range. They have a decent breakfast and the rooms are spacious. Keep your expectations appropriate, it isn't a 5 star hotel. It is however a decent place to lay your head down.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The pictures are VERY misleading. Staff is unhelpful and the rooms/hallways are nasty. We didn't have linens for one of our beds and we went to ask and they said no? Told my wife she could have the key to take it from another empty room. Breakfast is not as advertised and there is a bar but it isn't in use. Didn't find out the pool was closed until we got here. Safe to say our family vacation was ruined.

We didn't stay. Nowhere was it posted online that the pool was closed. We booked the place for the pool. We came from Fremont for a warm place to stay and the pool for fun for my child due to the power outage. However, our power came on around noon but we still came to the hotel to swim and relax. Unfortunately, when we got there we founf out the pool was closed. The front desk worker was not helpful at all. There were no business cards and noone to answer questions. I asked to speak to the manager or GM and they said they weren't available until Monday. So, I'll wait for the phone call.

Been staying here regularly for over six months as I’m working out of town. Haven’t had any issues until this week. I tried to get some breakfast a full 10 minutes early before the 6am start time. They had food laid out and the lights were on. However while I was getting breakfast a very rude and sandal clad kitchen employee appeared and started chewing me out for being early to breakfast. This escalated into a verbal altercation with said employee. Person behind the front desk was even trying to calm the other employee and get him to stop. I won’t be back.
