Positive: "" Negative: My credit card was charged for two rooms when I only rented one and my son who was the one staying at the location had to give them his card as well and his was charged once. I still have not been credited back - not sure if my sons account was.

Honestly, one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. I guess it was clean. But the pros end there. The bed was broken and the bathroom wasn’t clean or updated. There’s absolutely no communication between the people who work at the front desk IF there’s anyone there at all. They upcharged me by at least $400 and kept charging me additionally, after I had already paid in full. They don’t know what they’re doing and honestly shouldn’t be open at this point. Do not stay here unless you want to be swindled out of your money and sanity.

We booked 2 rooms on booking.com. Hotel refused to honor online reservation and rate, instead creating a new reservation and charging an additional $13/room +tax from the online reservation. Then proceeded to tell us they wouldn’t cancel the new reservation or the booking.com reservation and thus billed us for 4 rooms. Complete joke.

For the price the room I had was very to clean updated. I also liked that the floors were lvp instead of carpet. One thing is their breakfast should have more options.

Not much I can say that the other reviews don’t. This place is a falling apart. Most of the staff was nice but it looks like the place is run by a cheap slum lord. Clogged drains, burnt out bulbs, missing fire alarms, breakfast was a joke, dirty room and the list goes on. We had no other options due to an event in town. They even tried to jack up the rate after we got here. If this place isn’t shuttered in a year i’ll be really surprised. Much better options in town. Don’t stay here!

Rooms were good. Sad that we couldn’t go swimming though, was told the pool opened at 9 am. Took my kids to swim shortly after 9 and the lady was very rude telling me the pool was closed because they needed to “paint” it. Only reason we stayed here was for the pool so I had some very upset kids.

Below standard hotel. Staff unprofessional and sloppy. Breakfast bar with bugs and food crumbs everywhere. Rooms outdated and staff reports the do not laundry blankets and bed spreads each time. Towels were thin, worn, and not white anymore. Curtains shabby with visible holes. Thank goodness we only stayed one night. They wanted to charge us extra 25.00 to check in early. They should be lucky we even stayed. I left feeling so sad and not quite clean. It was a gross feeling. Such a sad place that needs better management to whip it into shape. Stayed one night while traveling through. I wouldn't recommend this place to stay to anyone. The better hotels had no vacancies or we would have stayed at them. This place charges too much considering the condition it is in. Holes in the window curtains and they wouldn't stay closed either. Dirt on bathroom floors. Bathtub looks like it was never cleaned. Towels were old and dingy. Front desk lady was neither pleasant or helpful. Last time we will ever stay at any Econo Lodge. They should be embarrassed.
