Great place to stay if you drive a big rig. Smaller truck stop right across the street for parking. Clean room, and stay was polite, and professional. Only down side was the biscuits for the gravy where only kinda warm. Not the worst thing in the world tho, so still a 5 star in my book.

Hotel was clean and and check in staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were large and clean. Beds overall were comfy but maybe a little hard for my liking. Would stay again.

This hotel was easy to find, conveniently located near a gas station, and offered friendly staff, clean rooms, and a working elevator—everything we needed for a comfortable stay! As we frequently travel for our bridal clients, we've noticed an increasing trend of hotels charging more than the quoted amount. We were pleased that this hotel charged us exactly as quoted, which we greatly appreciate. We will definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area.

Location was perfect! Staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay, needed to be serviced more frequently. Beds were good, blankets and pillows were not available or needed updated. Amenities were perfect in the room. Coffee available in the lobby, microwave and good size fridge. Patio area was lacking seating. It would have been a good place for family members to get some space when they can’t drive anywhere.

At check-in there was a problem with the room reservation and my reserved room had been assigned to another guest. Aspen handled the challenging situation extremely well! She was efficient, considerate and in a very assuring, pleasant manner found another room and even gave me a reduced rate for the inconvenience I experienced.

Jesse was extremely nice and accommodating. He treated us well. My family and I had a comfortable and happy vacation. We will definitely stay again.

We would never stay at this hotel again. We stayed in a king suite which was very worn and filthy. The carpet, sofa material and bedspread were all soiled. We actually changed from one room to another with minimal improvement between rooms.

Friendly front desk staff when we checked in who gave restaurant recommendations. Arrived in our room which was a bit outdated, but for the most part clean with exception of the bathroom. The tub, sink and corners of the floor needed a good scrubbing. Breakfast the next morning was more than disappointing. For the most part the only thing there was the waffle maker and some pastry. The hot food container s were empty, there was zero coffee and this was at 6:50 on a Sunday morning. The front desk help jumped in to help the one kitchen staff while trying to man the front desk. When we checked out the was a $16.35 charge on our room that couldn’t be explained. After a bit the front desk gal was able to reach the manager to have our bill corrected. The staff that we interacted with were pleasant and helpful, but I doubt that we would consider staying here again.
