Residence Inn Rochester Henrietta

This hotel is excellent! We had the opportunity to stay here while visiting friends in the area and could not have been more please. It is in a great location with quick access to many areas and ample shopping and dining nearby. The room was very clean and well kept with several amenities available including a full kitchen with dishes, sitting area and large bathroom with plenty of space. During check-in we had the pleasure of dealing with Stephanie who was so friendly and welcoming. She even made it a point to greet us again the following morning and afternoon as we passed through the lobby. Allison was equally as friendly during our check-out process which was quick and efficient. Brittani the housekeeping manger was excellent as well. She was very friendly and helpful and quick to complete the few requests we had during our stay. She even stopped by to say hello while we were eating breakfast. ||We travel quiet frequently and stay at many different types of hotels across the country. This location along with the team are top notch and cannot be commended enough for their friendly, welcoming attitude and hospitality during our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who needs to stay in the area.

Great friendly front desk staff. Hitel is clean and welcoming. This was our 2nd stay. Will be returning. Rooms are spacious with full kitchens. Stroller and kid friendly!

Have stayed here multiple times with family. Rooms overall were pretty good. Nice to have kitchenette with kids. Can reheat or make simple foods when you don't want to go out or have leftovers. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast on weekends are standard but not great on weekdays.

Had a great stay for 2 nights at this hotel, the check in was smooth since it was prepaid we just had to show an ID. The check in person Masha was very sweet and welcoming. Helped us get the keys quickly and bedding for the sofa bed. Our 1 bedroom suite has 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed with full kitchen, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The breakfast runs from 7 am to 10 and had a good variety of breakfast items( cereal, yogurt, milk, fresh fruits, oatmeal, waffles, scrambled and boiled eggs and a few other items). The pool was warm and my 2 toddlers enjoyed a lot. Recommend staying here for a fuss free travel.

We stayed here for 5 days. Overall, a nice stay. Staffs are friendly. The only downside for us is cleanliness - we found a pair of Sox, chocolate, some pin underneath of the beds which stressed me out - we travelled with our cat. Didn’t want fur baby get sick. Had to ask front desk to barrow a vacuum to clean it myself unfortunately. To be honest, I feel like a lots of hotels/house keeping is like this. At least they lent me a vacuum 🤷🏻‍♀️

I've stayed at a lot of Residence Inns & this one was the worst. Got 2 stars because of the decent location, breakfast was ok & the front desk folks were friendly. The problem with this hotel are the rooms: Broken stove, dirty room, hardly any utensils & a very noisy HVAC. It was so noisy I had to turn it off to sleep since whenever it kicked on, it would wake me up. So then I froze lol. Whoever cleaned this room must be blind, it was disgusting. I dropped my phone behind the night table and what I saw back there I can't even describe. Got PTSD from this experience, never again!!!

I enjoyed my stay here for work. The hotel is very quiet, sits back from the main highway, really nice marshland view on the backside of the building. Great breakfast served every morning, 😋 The room was so cute and comfortable, had a small kitchen, full size fridge, and the BEST smelling hotel room ever!! Very nice staff, and place. Will stay here again for sure. 👍

The Residence Inn of Rochester/Henrietta has the friendliest, most generous staff. We have greatly appreciated their commitment to hospitality: it’s clear the hotel team as a whole is motivated by service to others and enjoys their work. With every smile, they create a warm and welcoming environment - a real “home away from home.” We highly recommend!
