The Inn On Broadway

The hotel is wonderful. The traditional room was charming, if not a bit small for a three-night stay. There is no dresser or desk for a computer. Otherwise it's pretty comfortable. The staff was awesome! It's also walking distance to the Eastman Theater which was great.

First I’d like to say Lily at the front desk is the sweetest person if she is not the manager she should be. Second Cary the waiter in the restaurant also very kind. I called to book this stay and dine package and Lily went above and beyond. I asked for a specific room but it was booked she checked to see if it was booked for a specific reason since they do weddings and other events here, it wasn’t so she gave me the room! That was amazing. My husband and I went to celebrate for his birthday and I will say we are usually very easy going but we had a few very specific requests for this stay and the staff did not disappoint. My husband has a goose down allergy and all the pillows and comforters are goose down we unfortunately didn’t check before hand and when I told the staff they did not have any on hand. We didn’t know what we were going to do! So the service staff also the sweetest women went out and got them for him! That is service we thanked them profusely and they just smiled and said we want you to be happy already a strong start. We booked for a one night stay that included a voucher for dinner unfortunately the dinner came with seafood (I’m allergic) and my husband wanted a filet instead of the Kansas strip steak. We talked to Lily and the waiter Cary and they substituted things out and charged us the same also being very kind and understanding. Then as we were eating Lily came to check on us once again. As we were leaving the restaurant to head upstairs Lily spoke to us again and gave us some bubble bath for a jacuzzi tube showing the one she liked and then letting me pick. Just stellar kind people

Absolutely charming! The room was clean and comfortable; however, the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower were next to empty. That was my only complaint. The barmaid was friendly, and she created a lovely drink for me.

A pretty decent stay! I was there for 3 nights. The bad: the walls are really thin. You can hear your neighbors... Also there's a nice banquet hall but it can get a little loud with the music during events, but management does a good job shutting down at 10pm. The breakfast selection is small. My room did not come with a TV (not the case for all rooms). The good: the service is great. The location is close to some cool restaurants and museums. The steakhouse downstairs is really good. I liked the classic, historical look of the building. Would recommend for a short stay!

Like a diamond in the rough; from the outside, it was hard for me to tell it was a hotel. But the interior was very special; even the staircase was impressive; room was clean, a comfortable king bed, boxed water, real-time temperature gauge on the shower head, plush and soft robes, and room service. It was a treat for us!

The Inn on Broadway was a wonderful place to stay at in Rochester. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and unique. Don't miss the food and cocktails at the restaurant on site. They also offer room service if you don't want to leave your room. Highly recommend a stay at this beautiful inn.

Absolutely nothing but a great experience. Love the older ambiance where you can’t find many in the modern world . Staff is absolutely fantastic. Dinner was superb. We dine quite a lot in higher ranked restaurants and this one is something to talk about . The steak out of this world . Would recommend highly from a place to get comfy to a scrumptious dinner .

After reading the reviews we had our doubts but we overlooked the bad and looked at the positive .|More the glad as we would have missed out on this beautiful, historic and most pleasant accommodation.|It is not at all like the daily glamorous stays in the know hotel chains , but unique and worth the visit.|Staff is super friendly.|Rooms are clean and carefully supplied with all you need on a trip . |The antiques and decor makes the place peaceful and welcoming.|The restaurant on premises in 5 stars - from service to excellent food . Steaks are it of this world .|So if for a moment you hesitate- don’t . If you are looking for a unique experience, this is your place . Enjoy
