Staybridge Suites Canton by IHG

We stayed for over a week. The rooms were big and spacious. The front desk staff were helpful. We drove 10 hours to get there. Got there 30 mins before check in and was told we had to wait to check in until 3 which didn't end well with a restless toddler. The breakfast has so much room for improvement. They don't even offer chocolate milk which was a pain because we had to go buy it to take down to breakfast with us. However the location is great and the beds were OK. I have slept in more comfortable beds at nearby hotel. Overall I would stay again.

The pool and the hot tub were excellent they were warm. Breakfast was more than decent. And they have washers and dryers for the guests to use. A fully functional kitchen in my room! We will be staying here in the future!

I took my grandkids to Canton on a road trip because there was a lot to see and do. This location was centrally located and we had a great stay! From check in to check out, everything was perfect! My grandkids loved the pool, and we all loved the complementary breakfast. Our room was awesome, and the staff was amazing!

Traveling with a soccer team can be challenging, but they ensured our stay was seamless, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs. I can't say enough about the warm and friendly atmosphere at Staybridge in Canton, Ohio. From the moment I was greeted by Devereaux at the front desk I was blessed. She was kind and friendly and quickly accommodated my urgent need. Then I had the joy and pleasure of meeting Troy and Gabriel at the front desk also. Each time I had questions they quickly addressed each one and made me feel special, not just "a problem" but a real concern to make me feel at home away from home. I spent a total of 10 days over Christmas holiday at Staybridge in Canton and each one was enjoyable and heartfelt by the staff. Even the cleaning ladies made sure I had everything I needed without being intrusive. And the lady who works in the breakfast area was most accommodating and kind also. The pool was clean, bath towels soft and plentiful and the rooms were quiet. I would highly recommend Staybridge Inn and Suites in Canton, Ohio if you're looking for comfortable sleeping arrangements and plenty of room at a reasonable price. But most important, the warmth and personal touch by each staff member makes your stay so much nicer. Bonnie Jones

Our stay was relaxing and smooth! The amenities are incredible and the room was very clean. The staff were also very kind and polite! We also took advantage of the breakfast which was very filling. We also visited the pool and hot tub which was not occupied by anyone else. A staff member arrived to turn on the hot tub jets and test the water which was very professional and kind! We plan to stay here again in the future!

Yet another great experience at this hotel. Wife and I stayed at most of the area hotels and this one, by far, provides the best experience. Always clean and comfortable and close to good quality restaurants. Free hot breakfast appears to be hosted by a local caterer, with great selection of hot and cold items and selections rotated daily. Pool and hot tub are very nice, not to mention having a kitchenette in the room for basic cooking. All of this makes the slightly higher cost worth it.

The staff in the hotel was very polite and accommodating, however the cleanliness and housekeeping could use some addressing. The bed was very uninviting and new pillows could be used. The bathroom could also use more attention as there was some mold in the showers and grout coming out of the floor. The place was very updated, but having a sink in the toilet area is helpful at times.
