Overall excellent experience. We've stayed here a total of 7 days over the last 12 months due to my wife having testing done at Cleveland Clinic. This is the only hotel on the campus. Plus it's connected to the main building plus two others. Very nice tooms. Large bathrooms. Very comfortable king size bed. Only gripe I gave is I wish the patients received a decent discount. Currently, we were receiving $25 per night. Not everyone can afford what this place charges per night. Don't get me wrong, very nice hotel. But if you needed to stay long term like we're going to be in the next few weeks for my wife's high risk surgery, probably will not be able to stay here for the required 3-4 weeks. But still, this is very convenient being connected to the hospital. I would recommend staying here. PS......print a channel line up for the tv. Have no idea what the channels are and didn't see a guide on any of the channels.

This is my 3rd stay and will return. All staff very friendly, helpful, professional. Hotel is very clean, all spaces. Feels very safe. Great bed, linens, towels, HVAC is good, darkening blinds work well. Room came with spare toothbrush, paste, shaver, other things I did not expect. Conveninent bathroom night lights. All these little conveniences really add up. Lobby inviting. Workout room quite clean and all that you need for a good workout. Club Level food is good. Would be helpful to have 1 vegan option each setting. In-room dining had good options and the food was good. Very convenient skyway walk over to Cleveland Clinic.

I have stayed at this property many times- the check-in staff told me that this is my 35th stay in 8 years. As such, I have been able to observe many changes here - most of them good - over a longer period of time. The hotel beds are comfortable and clean, the linens are refined, and the property is safe. I appreciate the additional security of the club floors, and the staff of the club lounge (Bernadette and her team) are attentive and impeccable. Housekeeping staff is generally kind and very friendly. I like the new digital tipping options for housekeeping. The property’s food service offerings have changed somewhat. Room service menus are updated. The North Coast Cafe has experienced some changes that have impacted some dining options; I suspect that some of the difficulties I experienced recently were connected to a supplier issue, and not a hotel issue. Table 45 has limited sushi to Wednesday - Friday or Saturday. If it is available, I absolutely recommend it. I have noticed a fair amount of turnover in front desk staff, but David (the Concierge) is a steadying force. Simi at the bell stand is always cheerful and helpful. Many of the guests of this hotel at Cleveland Clinic patients. It is wonderful to have such a nice place to use as a home base.

Very happy with my stay while a family member was at Cleveland clinic. 5 minutes using skywalk to building J! Hotel lovely, room comfortable and spotless with beautiful bathroom, bed lovely with plenty of pillows. Room and floor quiet. Staff were very very nice. A pleasant way to end the day after spending hours at the clinic.

From valet parking, friendly professional welcoming check in to our checkout the front desk covered everything efficiently. Our room was very comfortable, spacious and attractive. Bathroom was clean and luxurious with the Byredo amenities. Room service food was surprisingly delicious and the breakfast buffet is comprehensive. We loved it. Perfect experience.

I booked hotel due to having surgery at the Cleveland Clinic which required me to be back in the morning for a follow up exam and liked that the hotel was attached to the Cleveland Clinic making it very convenient for my daughter & I taking out the worry of driving with coming in from Buffalo, NY . Making the reservations was very easy and the woman that I spoke with was very efficient & pleasant making the reservations and recommendations booked in a short period of time with me over the phone . We enjoyed the room as the beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows which really helped as I had to remain sleeping upright ! . The room was very comfortable and had everything needed for our stay , My daughter loved the toiletries that were included for showering , etc . We ordered room service and it arrived in a short period of time and our meals were excellent and good sizes portions , I really loved the coffee that was provided a nice smooth flavor & aroma !! Our check out was very simple to do and properly received a email with the rooms billing , etc . Thank you for making the stay a very pleasant one and if needed again with my visits to Cleveland Clinic or for any trips I'll be defiantly booking my stays here , Looking forward to another stay here

Our family visits the Intercontinental Conference Center for medical checkups often, but Anntoinette’s exceptional service, warmth, and attentiveness on the club floor consistently make us forget the reason we’re here in the first place. Her genuine care and cheerful demeanor turn each stay into a relaxing and enjoyable escape—almost like a mini vacation. She truly makes a difference every time we visit.

Great service and club level service. So convenient to Cleveland Clinic. Restaurants did a nice job. With lunch and dinner options. Even used room servixe once, very prompt and complete. Will be staying again in May when we return for more treatments.
