Very clean and cozy . Clean full kitchen ....tv and couch , vanity and toilet separate which made it great getting dressed with a full mirror ...quiet location . Beds are high so you can see underneath for safety concerns 😂 I recommend it......I have to say some of the visitors seemed to be doing strange things but the room was decent

I enjoyed my time staying here while I get back on my feet. Friendly service. Room was cozy. Everyone keeps to themselves. I was glad they accepted my dog. Just wish they let me use my own bed. Special shout out to Lisa Amanda and the others who made my experience great. It was better than the other extended stay I stayed at. Top floor was quiet. If I'm ever in a pinch again I'd come back. Thank you so much for everything.

Rough spot man. The smell of the room was a strong mix of horrible Indian food and weed. The place is super out dated and has patches in the walls and miscellaneous stains all over the floor. There was mouse poop on the table where I had planned to eat my food. Just the kind of place you really don’t feel comfortable sitting on the couch, or laying on the bed. Your skin starts to crawl when you think of the kind of place it is and what happens there. Dirty and run down, I think a lot of potential with some upgrades and maybe an increase in room fees to keep the less than stellar clientele way.

Positive: Nothing, Negative: The room was dirty there was a big stain on the floor. The microwave was broken. The TVs did not work. There was a crack on the back of the toilet. The lobby closed at 10 o?clock. The door was sticking..

I almost cancelled this booking due to reading reviews. We have been here since feb 7th 2025 and will be staying until the end of march. The rooms are clean, privacy is great and it’s basically like having a small apartment. Our first experience with extended stay hotels and the staff, especially the manager Lisa has gone above and beyond for us and has made the stress of moving less stressful. Thank you Lisa and the staff at sonesta!

My daughter & I stayed there for over 4 months when we moved from Oklahoma & the staff & management went above & beyond on making sure we were felt welcome & safe & comfortable! I definitely recommend this place. Thank you Lisa & Marcus & especially Amanda!

if I could give this hotel zero Stars I would. I came to come visit my mother-in-law and the condition of her room was terribly saddening. She had to use a crowbar to get in and out of her room. Her door was never fixed. She couldn't leave the property because she was afraid of someone getting in her room. There was mold in her bathroom and in other various places. (Recovering cancer patient is now sick with mold poisoning) My family had headaches when we left. This hotel is EXTREMELY unsafe. (Employee or guest it doesn't matter. The employee was a guest and someone that worked for them. Did things for them. And they treated them with disrespect. If that's how they feel about someone working for them I can only imagine how they feel about those who don't like the guests)

Great location. Tons of things to do near! Room was clean and stocked with all necessities. All staff was friendly and attentive (even providing rice for a wet cell phone mishap) Manager went above and beyond to accommodate us, as our anniversary plans had to be changed last minute. Love that it is pet-friendly, it's hard to find to places that are. And everyone seemed to be respectful about cleaning up after them. We well definitely be planning another trip to the area and planning another stay!!
