Budget Inn Toledo Perrysburg

One of the cleanest little budget motels I’ve been to. Rooms were extremely clean and you can tell they take pride in their motel. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area.

When I booked I did not realize that this was a small motel. I was sort of leary when I first arrived, but once in my room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room is very clean, updated bathroom, mini fridge, small microwave, large LCD TV with cable and HBO and comfortable bed. Coffee available in the room. Not much of a breakfast. Some prepackaged snacks and a couple of boxes of cereal. The staff (maybe the owners) were very nice. Very convienent to Ohio Tpke.

Room was clean and comfortable. But don't fall for the "free breakfast" which consists of a choice between three cheap cereals (with no milk to be found) apart from that it was fine.

We LOVED this little motel. A great price, clean rooms, and wonderful service! When we first pulled in it looked a little sketch, and it's a roundabout way to get to it, but it was just lovely. We would absolutely stay there again. And less then 5 minutes away is a tasty Uzbeki restaurant that's open until midnight! Perfect place to stop on a long drive. Best of all, our non-smoking room actually didn't smell like smoke!!! Plus, when we first got in the room it was kinda chilly, and the owner came down immediately to check on it and it was resolved within 10 minutes of us getting there.

Guy working the night check-in was super rude and crass, felt like an inconvenience. Checked into a room walked in and it smelled like cigarettes so walked IMMEDIATELY out and asked for a different room. Was accused of messing with the room. Was eventually and begrudgingly switched to a different room. Rooms were dated, dirty, and the location was kinda off the path and far from the highway. Drive farther, get a better room.

A recently restored and meticulously maintained mid century modern motel. Clean and comfortable. Your hosts live on site so you're supporting a young family instead of a corporate entity. It made me nostalgic for the days when you'd park at the door and open your room's windows. It's nice to see one of these restored to it's original utilitarian nature. If you want a clean room with a bit of history, this place is it. If you're expecting a holiday inn, go elsewhere, but if you appreciate the way things used to be, check it out.

Beds were clean, shower/bathroom clean, and the room smells fresh. Will stay again if I am traveling back thru.
