★★★★First let me state the host was very professional. Our room was immaculate . It was just under $200 for an unpopulated time of the week. It was a clean , quiet place to sleep. The issue is the only thing comfortable was the bed. The room had a tiny table and two uncomfortable decorative chairs. When we travel we spend more time in our room than just sleeping as do many. ||As a couples only Inn It should have two comfortable lounging chairs. We need a comfortable sitting area where we can eat meals in our room. There was no ice machine if we wanted to fill a small cooler. No complimentary breakfast. The little things really do matter for us. The neighboring Inn has a pastry and coffee bar. ||It’s the little things that keep us from returning. Would we return? Probably not. Not because of what it did have but what it didn’t. The website says exclusive rates for golf cart rentals for customers. $70 a day is standard rate all over. That’s just too high for something used very little in the rental window. ||If clean and quiet and close to downtown is all you need I recommend 100% . If you want more I’d consider another option.

NillGentleman running the Inn was courteous. This was our first time to the island. We didn't think about how expensive things might be, but that's our fault. We plan to come back! (About all of the golf cart rentals were $70 a day.)

NillFirst timers to the Bay, this location is PERFECT to all the action , yet quiet if you want a break from the music/people. It offers golf cart rental on site, up stairs rooms are spacious, mini fridge, no microwave though. That would be the only thing I would suggest they add to the rooms, and almost forgot, they have a coffee pot, but coffee down town is pretty hard to pass up. In all I would highly recommend staying here. I want to thank Nick, we locked our keys in our room after hours (way after) and he came all the way from enjoying his time to let us back in, ❤️🙏🏻

NillHats off to owner Nick for greeting us with a smile and providing a smooth check-in process—walking us to our room and explaining the locks etc to avoid being locked out. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom provided ample room, fridge worked well. Only suggestion is to place a second chair in the room by the small table. Walking distance to downtown and boardwalk. Use of bikes was well appreciated. Thanks again.

NillWe found the Ahoy Inn after first night in a terrible hotel. The location to downtown area is great. Room was very well appointed and most of all Quiet. We could walk to downtown and enjoy all of the festivities and then walk back to hotel and relax.

NillThis was our second stay at Ahoy Inn. I look for a few things when I stay away from home, and this checked all the boxes. Courteous staff, comfort, cleanliness, quiet. Another guest overstayed in the room that we were supposed to have, so we had a different room for our first night. No big deal, I left the luggage in the room and the staff moved it over on day 2. We had a balcony room, which was just as quiet during the peak cacophony on Saturday night as it was on Sunday morning. Each morning, we sat out here with our coffee and newspapers. Despite the quiet, you're very close to everything here. We walked out for ice cream one night, about a block from Delaware Ave, and I couldn't imagine staying at some of the places we walked past. So much noise from the bars. Nick is an excellent host, and my wife and I will certainly stay here again when we return to Put In Bay.
