Andrea was an amazing host, she was so nice and great with communication! She really got us out of a last minute jam with housing for a night. The room was perfect- everything newly remodeled and you absolutely cannot beat the location!! The easiest walk to all the places to be downtown. Coffeemaker, soaps and shampoos and a couple of bottles of water were such a nice touch that you really don't get at tons of the other rentals on the island. Thank you so much for a perfect, easy stay!

The best little air bnb on the island! We’ve stayed with Andrea and Bob several years in a row. Rooms are always clean, quiet and comfortably appointed. It’s a short walk to downtown and they offer cart rentals if you’d like to explore the island. Over the years we’ve needed to borrow a beach towel or even sunscreen and they have always helped us out! Thank you A & B!

It was great to work with the owners as they were very helpful with our lodging. We didn't use the golf carts, but in retrospect it would have been a better deal. The house is very clean and is in a great location, extremely close to the Perry Victory / Peace memorial. It's just far enough away from the bars that it is very quiet and a peaceful night's rest. We used this house in conjunction with the Queen Elizabeth house next door for our large group. Lots of great memories, I can't wait to bring my family back asap! Edited: 4/25/22

Cute place, very well kept. We enjoyed our stay, would reccomend to visit. 3/5 stars, we had to do a service dog laws education. If you have a service dog, I would suggest somewhere with more grass. Andrea was super helpful, Bob, on check-in was super helpful. Later that evening we had to get the police involved. He saw us on the golf cart we rented from them, chased us down and pulled up next to 3 of us saying that we need to have the service dog with us 24/7 and to come back to the office to renegotiate the terms of us staying there. It's summer, it's hot, she needs some down time to rest in the a/c. Some things are not safe or appropriate like doing a cave tour with 42 steps down, the helio ride we did. Bob was very very confrontational and unprofessional. He said that it's a pet not a service animal if we don't have her 24/7. By this time, I was having anxiety and my partner had to redirect and calm me down. Bob continued on the phone with another hotel owner. He them said if she needs down time, I need to stay in the room with her. Andrea was super accommodating, Bob finally said its my wife's business, so she can do what she wants and I am going to just head off. I did 5 stars on airbnb, things were resolved and did not want to mess with their airbnb. The more frustrated I got about it prompted me to post on here. This is apparently not the 1st time Bob did that on a golf cart. So I would recommend not chasing down customers, younger know who has 8 million views of their reviews. Which I shared with Andrea. I wish you success, but as a patron, check out somewhere else if you have a service animal. Which is really unfortunate to have occurred.

THANK YOU! We sooooo enjoyed our stay! Great location, just off the main strip, walkable, ridable, and stumble friendly. Nice view of the lake in the back. Beds, fridge, and a shower. Owners were SUPER nice!

Excellent location, excellent service, and very clean. We stayed in the FOB suite and it was beautifully decorated, and comfortable. I would recommend an overnight cart rental from A&B with your stay because of the great deal! This will be our first choice for an overnight stay on the island!

Bob and Andrea are such great people. They rooms are so clean and cozy. Plus you can rent golf carts and get a discount at put in bay watercraft
