TownePlace Suites Eugene

Obviously a brand new property and in wonderful condition. The rooms are laid out well with ample lighting and appropriate furnishings. Love the extra large shower with the controls away from the shower head and the kitchen, with a large refrigerator, stove top, dishwasher, and all the commonly required dishware and cookware, would work well for anyone staying for any length of time. I also want to give a shout out to the staff. Our interactions with the front desk team were very professional and the housekeepers were very friendly. Keep up the great work!

This hotel is new and very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good, and the breakfast area was bright and clean. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite which had a lot of room and a kitchen area that was well stocked with basic cookware, plates, and utensils. The bed was very comfortable, although I found the HVAC unit in the room to be a little loud. That being said, I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay all around. Brand new building (opened in OCT 2024) in a great location. Staff were great. The Towneplace layout has a full kitchen and is setup for longer stays. Nice gym. Great breakfast. Plenty of free parking. Can't wait to stay again.

This is a brand-new hotel located near a large mall with plenty of nearby restaurants in what appears to be a safe area. Our two-bedroom suite was spacious and exactly what I expected from TownePlace Suites. My family had a comfortable and quiet one-night stay, with the only noise being the faint sound of a train horn in the distance. The wifi internet speed was an acceptable 14 Mbps.||We appreciated the full-sized fridge and microwave, as well as the large walk-in shower. There was also plenty of free parking available.||Unfortunately, I wasn't able to try the complimentary breakfast as we left early, before it was served.||In summary, we had a very pleasant stay and will definitely choose TownePlace Suites again in the future.

Not for the business traveler. Rooms have two dim lamps so not enough light to read or work in room. Too-large TV overwhelms space. Closet.has built in shelves with very short hanging space, so no where to hang pants, long shirt or dress. Nowhere in room to store suitcase except on “couch” which is a hard, low-back bench not usable for snything except a luggage rack. Small hard plastic chair and tiny rolling table if you want to eat in room, but only if you don’t want to see what you’re eating. Had to use flashlight on cell to see the phone well enough to call the front desk. Bring your own toilet paper and Kleenex. The sandpaper provided for both is shocking for a Marriott property. The hand towel in the bathroom hangs over the back-up toilet paper roll, so who knows what’s been dripped on it by previous guests. Staff is polite and professional, but inexperienced. Beds are super comfortable, but not enough to make up for the rest.

Stayed here on our road trip through Oregon. The rooms were nice and new as it was less than a week old. The breakfast had a good selection of hot foods. The location is very convenient, in an area behind a shopping center parking lot and close to a number of restaurants that are open late. However, if you’re a light sleeper the noise from the railroad tracks in the area may wake you up. Also there are too many small LED indicator lights in the room…on the outlet receptacles, tv, smoke alarm (flashing), and especially the climate control panel. Why have blackout curtains if the small mini LED lights are giving off enough lights for a Christmas tree??? To top it off the fire alarm was set off early morning due to an issue in the laundry room. It was not a great stay for resting. Finally, the towels used in the bathroom smelled like they came straight from the towel factory and hadn’t been washed to get rid of the industrial odor. They need to all be laundered a few times before use! While we love the new rooms and the thoughtful touch with the Elfa closet organizer we’ll probably stay elsewhere next time.

This hotel is new and fresh. The issue is the service from front desk to housekeeping. Paying $250 a night I’d expect to have housekeeping visit the room once during my 3 night stay, but no go. Also, had to ask multiple times to get a different pillow. I mentioned these issues to the front desk when it happened and at check out and got a response like I might have had unreasonable expectations even though they told me the room would be serviced on the 2nd night of our stay at checkin.

Step outside to enjoy an amazing patio outfitted with BBQ grills, inviting tables, and comfy outdoor furniture. To the left, there's a dedicated smoking section, while the back offers a lush green belt for a peaceful stroll. Don't worry about missing your regular fitness routine—there’s a fully equipped gym and a fantastic laundry room featuring three machines that alert you via an app when your laundry is finished! If you choose to wait, you can relax in the spacious laundry area complete with a counter, two chairs, and a large TV. The room itself is almost perfection! The full kitchen is well-stocked, and the bathroom boasts a generous shower. In the sleeping area, the plush foam bed provides a direct view of the big screen TV for ultimate relaxation. When hunger strikes, you'll find several delightful restaurants within walking distance, not to mention a nearby mall. Whether you’re just passing through or planning a delightful staycation, Town Place Suites is the ideal spot to unwind and enjoy every moment!
