NillWe we're an hour early for our one-night stay at this Best Western hotel near the University of Oregon Campus and downtown Eugene along the Willamette River, the employees at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. The room heater wanted to keep running as cold air kept coming in from the door but as a whole the room was updated a while ago, but clean. As you arrive to the hotel, it can be easy to miss if you aren't paying close attention to it and you have to be on the east side of the road as it is divided by a rapid transit bus line in the middle.

★★★★Met cousins in Eugene for family Christmas gathering. The staff were very friendly at check in and in the breakfast area. This very well maintained motel was clean, the single queen bed room did not have a desk for me to work at and the front desk happily upgraded my room without additional charge....it was very off season Christmas. Strong wi fi, park at the door convenience which was awesome, close to restaurants, university, and shopping. Excellent coffee. Eugene is an expensive hotel market when school is in session but over the holidays, this hotel offered an excellent deal. I will be back.

NillThis is the best Best Western we stayed at. The bed in the room is huge and comfortable. The sheets are clean and there are 4 pillows on each bed. The water pressure in the shower is strong. We got 2 free bottles of water and a treat for our dog. Our room included breakfast. It has pancakes, bagels, scrambled eggs, sausages coated with honey, potatoes and a varieties of bread. In addition, there are different types of yogurts, coffee, tea and juices! With the price, this is really a good deal.

NillClean great staff and location. New modern room. However, the shower head and water pressure is poor. Great breakfast, except the nasty powder eggs. Over all I feel the shower and room is to small for the price. 2.5 star

NillThis is an older style motel near the University. I like this type of motel but its common for them to be run down these days. But not this place. It's in great condition, the rooms are comfortable and its quiet. I was happy to have taken the chance on it.

NillEven though the room was renovated, it was still a run down room ( standard king size bed ) . The room was definitely overpriced for a non seasonal time. I was there at the end of October. Water pressure for the bathroom was terrible. Breakfast was not edible! It was so over processed and salty I couldn't believe it. I've nevermind dealt with this accommodation for a Best Western. The vending machines were not able to be stocked due to their company being on strike. That's a terrible excuse. It was just one thing after another. Wasn't looking for an extended stay but wanting more for the buck of what I paid. I do not recommend and not plan to stay at this location again. Front desk was nice. That was it.

★★★★★I did not have great expectations having stayed in two other mediocre Best Westerns on this multi-state trip. We had to stay in Eugene for one night, and this hotel was a palace compared to the last two! Very clean. Newly renovated! Very pleasant staff and a very nice area across from the University.

★★★★The room was very clean, comfortable, and nice. I’d not hesitate staying here in the past. However, my husband now has to use a walker. Although the description for the rooms did not say accessible, they sounded like we could make do for one night. There was no handicap parking. When we were directed to our room, my husband had to step up to the walkway which was difficult. Afterwards I discovered there was a section that didn’t have a step up but it wasn’t marked as such. The bathroom door is too narrow to accommodate a walker or wheelchair. We had to semi fold the walker to go through the door. Although the shower was a step-in shower, there was no way he could use it because there was no grab bars or seat to sit on. This is not a hotel for the handicapped. Otherwise, I’d highly recommend it.
