★★★★Stayed overnight with spouse.|We had a room with a King bed. Average size room. An interesting feature of the room was the inclusion of a yoga mat, therapy ball and stretch bands for exercise. Front desk explained these items were present because this hotel is a "wellness" hotel. No issues with the room except one - there was a fairly loud vent in the bathroom with continuous fan noise. This could not be turned off so we slept with the bathroom door closed (not a big deal). We had a room with a lovely view of the nearby highway. We were worried it would be noisy at night, but it wasn't.|There is a very nice park within walking distance - Alton Baker Park - with footpaths, lakes etc. |Breakfast is a la carte. |The front desk is on the 2nd floor. Entry to the front hotel facade is with room key. There is a pool on the first level. This level goes out to the parking area. I think in theory this level requires a room key for entry but the door opened automatically, requiring no key.

★★★★★I stayed at the EVEN Hotel Eugene in February of 2025, while on a college trip to the University of Oregon with my daughter. This is a very nice new modern hotel with competitive rates. I enjoyed the rooms which are clean and thoughtfully designed. The exercise station in the room is a nice touch although I didn't use it. The beds were clean and comfortable and the large screen TV had many options including streaming services. ||The drawbacks, in my opinion, are that the parking is a little tight for larger vehicles and there is no free breakfast. There is a restaurant on-site which we did not have time to use. I think if EVEN is a health conscious chain perhaps a breakfast bar in the morning would be nice? It would have helped to keep my blood sugar EVEN.| |Other highlights of this hotel are the friendly staff, a very nice gym, a small pool, a ping pong table room, and a pleasant lobby. This hotel is dog friendly and we did hear a dog bark for a period of time. The parking and surrounding area seemed safe although there is a homeless population in Eugene. The stadium is visible from the hotel and is walkable. Overall my experience far exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the front desk staff Jasmine, Johnathan and Sarah who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

★★★★★Not all trips are fun, this time we came to Eugene for my mother's funeral. I truly appreciate the service and kind attention from Fawn while my family were served dessert late last night. An honorable mention goes out to Faith & Jasmin at the front desk too. We will definitely stay here again.

NillThe room was clean, tidy, and spacious, though there was an odd smell that may have been from a cleaning solution. In the room, one can find a yoga mat, resistance bands, and a balance ball. The shower is larger and updated with modern drains, faucets, lighting fixtures, and a better set of soaps and toiletries than expected. Renting a room will give you access to the pool, hot tub, and ping pong table. All interactions with staff were pleasant and professional. In the morning at breakfast, Matthew provided outstanding service. There were quite a few people at breakfast with a traveling football team staying at the hotel as well but Matthew provided quick, and welcoming service to ensure everyone enjoyed their time.

★★★★★We stayed here for 3 nights recently and will definetly return. Everyone working there was very helpful. The room was spotless and we loved the large bathroom. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept on in a hotel. The hotel is in a great location. My son loved using the ping pong tables and boardgames in the lobby. We will be returning!

NillNever stayed in this brand before. Has an emphasis on exercise - with well-appointed equipment in the room and the exercise room. The location was great, with walking paths next to the river and near the Oregon State campus. Also, a nice outdoor mall in walking distance.
