NillHonestly, it’s a decent hotel in the middle of nowhere. Room was renovated but the furniture was super old. Location was in a sketchy neighborhood. However for the Cost, this room serves its purpose. Can’t really expect better in this area. The only 3-star hotel in town was double the price and looked more or less the same in pictures and externally.

★★★The place is very clean with lots of parking. It is rather worn inside and out, with a definite 1960’s vibe. The bed was comfortable. The bath had been re-skinned. The rooms are small. You can hear your neighbors, especially when performing con brio. There is a good breakfast place just across the street.

NillNice clean room with comfortable bed and friendly helpful staff for way cheaper than other hotels. Nice hot water too! I will stay here next time I come through.

★★★I've stayed here multiple times over the last 10 years. It is a nice and kept up motel near downtown. The room was good with a comfortable bed. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast offered. The room was quiet so a good night's sleep is possible.

NillKindly asked to switch rooms because the refrigerator wasn’t working and I got told no because they didn’t have anyone to clean the room I was in. Terrible customer service. Will definitely be the last time I stay here. PSA Go Somewhere Else

NillIt was nice. Warm. I like a decent deal on a room under$100! There was no coffee pot, cups or coffee, but the coffee machine was there, just no pot!

NillThis place smells and has bugs crawling in the shower, and the manager will not work with you if you refused to stay there due to the issues. The rooms are loud with drunks outside. Do not kid yourself. I lost $1500 dollars after my crew decided they wouldn't stay the rest of the week. I spoke to the manager and he didn't care at all to take my money.

NillNot a bad place to stay for work travel. I stayed about a week, 2nd floor, on the back side of the building (facing train tracks). The motel is in an industrial/commercial part of town. The three most important things I look for in a motel are safety, cleanliness, and quiet. This motel met all three of these criteria. I felt safe during my stay (solo, male traveler), though I will note that the door to my room didn't have any type of safety feature aside from locks that can be opened from the outside by anyone with a key card. The room was clean enough. And it was pretty quiet. Seemed like all the other guests there were just regular people minding their own business, not partying at night (even on weekends). Aside from those three things, Andy, the main employee I dealt with there, was generally helpful and professional. Same goes for all the people I talked to on the phone there. My room was advertised as having a safe, which was technically true, but it wasn't usable. The combo lock was battery operated, and the batteries were dead. Front desk didn't have any replacement batteries (AA). And even with working batteries, I wouldn't put much trust in it. For one, the safe wasn't bolted to anything. And it was light enough for me to pick up. Someone could easily take the whole safe. Also, if the batteries fail while the safe is locked, I'm not sure if the lock would open up or stay closed. Either way, not a great outcome. I also had an odd experience with housekeeping about halfway through my stay. Was expecting the room to be cleaned and tidied more, but as far as I could tell, they mainly just took out the trash, gave fresh towels, and haphazardly made the bed. Maybe this is the standard for a mid-stay cleaning. I didn't actually ask them about it, so I'm not sure. Other pros: walking distance to Safeway, a laundromat, and a small thrift store; had microwave and fridge. Overall, I think the Rodeway Inn on the other side of town is nicer and about the same price.
