NillWe stayed one night here, and the room was clean. The staff was friendly, although the man at check-in was the assistant manager and could use a lesson in customer service. He didn't greet us or really give us the time of day until I said we were there to check in, and he said to give him a minute..... The lobby and seating area is beautiful with rustic cabin decor and huge lodge type leather and wood chairs and couches. The pool was nice, except for the dozen teenagers who were playing chicken in the pool and not being respectful to others. The hot tub was nice. Breakfast was also ruined by teenagers taking half a plate of bacon giving zero cares for others trying to grab a meal. I opted for a bagel with cream cheese and some seasoned potatoes with gravy. We didn't starve. Not the hotels fault.

NillOne of the nicest places I've stayed regardless of price, highly recommended. Lots of space in the room to get comfortable, worthy of a multiple-night stay definitely. Free breakfast is similarly identical to a Fairfield Inn for example, maybe a little better (this place had both a waffle maker and a pancake maker, nice!). Staff was super friendly and seems to be invested in the establishment, always a good sign.

NillThis place has so much going for it in many ways - value, tasteful design and amenities - but sorely lacks in the important "Keys" of hotel hospitality! Take the inconvenience in having to remagnetize our keys when they stopped working nearly every day of our three week stay...the inconvenience of having the charming and thoughtfully designed public spaces and guest rooms sadly lacking in the "Key" elements of any overnight stay - a comfortable bed and healthy tasty breakfast...the inconvenience of hanging the "please service room" tag on the door while away laboring at work and more than once returning to find nothing done, (and when they did stop in, the bed was made and only 2 towels left, with no cleaning, no fresh linens)... And then the inconvenience of bringing these things to the attention of the front desk clerk who had zero explanation for any of these oversights! Those in the business of hospitality must focus and excel in the basics of providing comfort and convenience. This place had some work to do...

NillBooked two nights and was left with a serious bad taste in my mouth mostly due to the lack of consideration towards guests from upper management. When we arrived the receptionist took around 30 minutes to even find our booking which was already paid. Our room was decent but had no heat at all and we spent the entire night freezing. When we called the front desk about the broken heater it was first brushed off and told we should just unplug it and plug it back in which of course didn't work we were then given an extra blanket which did not help keep the icy atmosphere at bay at all. The next morning we were first told they would send maintenance up which never happened. My husband had to call manager again before she finally came up and looked at immediately saying it was broken. She did finally move us to another less nice room with a working heater for our last night but no discount or compensation for the amount that was spent in a room where we couldn't take our blankets and jackets off due to the cold. I've never felt such a disregard for my comfort, feelings, and wallet from anywhere ever.

NillI actually love this place & have stayed here on multiple occasions but had a bad experience here the other night. I’m a fully disabled combat veteran and have a service dog. I told the front desk employee at check-in and had a letter from my doctor, which he didn’t even look at. It took three conversations for me to get her into my room with me. I’m not really trying to get anyone in trouble but it was super disappointing. & I don’t think I’ll ever be staying here again or recommending it to anyone. I actually love the hot tub and cold pool here so it’s a bummer. & fairly illegal for them to deny entry to a service animal twice. & I spoke to the general manager at check out thinking they’d make it right somehow but he didn’t. Definitely a weird vibe but hopefully this review brings some changes to this place.

NillI absolutely adored this place. The Lobby was so cute and country style. The rooms were comfy and clean. The hot tub and pool were amazing and not over the top with chlorine. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to specific needs. I would definitely stay here again.

NillBe careful when you stay here, they have charges that they put on your credit card they don’t tell you about. They take your credit card but then after your stay you get charged because the company doesn’t take that card. Nothing is told at checkin. The room I stayed in had an adjoining room door, I could hear my neighbor till late talking and their tv. The dust on the back corner of the couch was so thick I could see it from across the room. The toilet ran and I had to adjust the handle to keep it quiet. I also had to unplug the refrigerator because it was so loud. I thought it would be a nice place to stay but I should have known when I walked down the hall there was so much lint from the towels they don’t vacuum. I would never stay there again. The parking area is up the hill away from the hotel, very inconvenient.

NillRooms are nice and large. For a mid week in July this was only $20 more a night than the motel 6. Free Breakfast has lots of options. We had a problem with the microwave in our room and the lady at the front desk came to our room right away to see if she could get it to work, and she brought us a new one when she couldn't. Indoor Pool and hot tub are really nice. The only criticism I have is that the bathroom could really use a fan. It looks like there's a vent for one but we couldn't find a switch that worked it.
