Holiday Inn Ontario by IHG

I stay in a lot of hotels throughout the western states and this one is my favorite. This hotel is clean, modern and well maintained. The beds are usually very comfortable and rooms are quiet. The staff go above and beyond to make you comfortable and feel appreciated. The onsite restaurant is good and the service is always great. I really can't say enough nice things about this hotel as it is always a very nice stay

Every time I come here for work (I’ve been coming here for a few years now) it is absolutely lovely. Michelle is at the front desk usually when I arrive, and when I get here I feel like I’m home away from home. Michelle is personable, helpful, efficient and excellent at her job. I’ve ran my own business for a decade now and am so impressed with how the staff operates seamlessly to provide the best experience for us guests. Cozy and clean rooms, great breakfast (Mary is a sweetheart!), the gym is clean and well equipped, and checking in is always quick. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Ontario, and Michelle has a lot to do with that. See you in three months!

This was a lovely hotel with a very good restaurant. The room's decor was nice, especially the bathroom. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good and offered great selection and service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was also nice that we were able to purchase snacks and soda right at the front desk. And since we travel with our small dog we appreciated the easily accessed pet area.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn multiple times. It is always very clean and rooms are well stocked with towels and coffee/tea options. Tiffanie and Dillon are always very nice and helpful. They have a 24 hour gym that has a lot of well maintained equipment. I would highly recommend the option to upgrade to get breakfast included at the country diner, it is delicious and totally worth it!

We were on our way back from a road trip and needed to stop for the night before continuing; we had a wonderful stay. Check-in was easy - Tiffanie and Dillin were so informative, helpful and patient! The hotel is nicely renovated, everything is so clean, bed is comfortable. The Country Kitchen Diner is great too and everyone is so kind! Great to receive an excellent service after such a long journey. Very recommended!

Very Friendly at check in, room was quite and comfortable feeling. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. I was a little annoyed that I didn’t realize this location didnt have complementary breakfast, however, we did pay the extra for the breakfast, which was in the restaurant connected to the hotel, which had a good menu to order off of and the food was good.

Events Coordinator Melissa went above and beyond to make my nieces baby shower the most exceptional/ beautiful experience possible! The room was elegant and tasteful and so much more than I ever expected. She came in on her day off to make sure the event was set and ready to go well before guest began to arrive, which for my previous parties is a huge bonus to not still be setting up well after people began arriving. Thank you Melissa!!!

People were nice and my room was clean. Breakfast was better than most buffets but it did cost $10. Bring singles for a tip so you don’t have to stiff a nice waiter
