2 star hotel for sure... First off, people live here. The hallways smell like stale urine (I hope from pets) and... maybe old food? I'm not sure. The hallways creak and sag, the trim is peeling, several homeless people live behind it, the "spa" is terrifying and has room temperature, slightly cloudy water that doesn't smell like it's chlorinated and it's lined with metal so it's VERY slippery. The room smelled like stale spray can air freshener, and the doors of the rooms are at 45 degree angles with their neighbor, not terribly soundproofed, and when open have views straight into the bathrooms and to the beds about 5 and 8 feet away respectively, so they really don't feel particularly private. It DID come with a nice deep bathtub that has decently hot water, to make up for the disappointing spa, but they require actual plugs to fill, which are not provided (so I had to jam the plastic packaging from one of the coffee packets into the drain hole and hope it held). And there is no view. But the bedding was clean and there weren't any bugs or anything, and the rooms were petty clean too. So it could be way worse, but the price and promo pictures don't really match reality.

Horrible neighborhood. Be sure to lock your car and bring in any valuables. Also be sure to lock your room at night. The place is sketch at best. Although the free breakfast wasn't horrible.

My wife and I stayed at the Ramada Inn for a month, as we are in the process of moving. My wife is disabled and requires particular accommodations. The room we were given was perfect for our needs. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They treated us with respect, and the breakfast they served every morning was actually pretty good! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an affordable hotel with a decent breakfast. I also wanted to thank Jocelyn in particular for the kindness and professionalism she demonstrated. It did not go unnoticed, and is much appreciated!

Only bad thing I have to say, is there weren't any cups in the room. The whole place smelled fresh and clean. Seating area in lobby was cozy. Staff very friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

I'm currently staying here with my pregnant girlfriend. My room was paid for almost 2 months. So we should be treated like paying customers right? Not what's happening. So the Mexican lady that takes care of the breakfast bar every morning is rude and disrespectful (and I e talked to multiple other extended stay customers who have had the same issues with her) yesterday she told my pregnant girlfriend that she eats too much and today her and the chick at the front desk were whispering back and forth looking at my girlfriend and the front desk chick said "disgusting". My girls feelings are hurt and she's due to give birth in 2 days. So thanks to this place for adding that extra stress for her

Several issues with this Ramada, please note my husband is of importance and is a Employee of Wyndham so I don’t give this review lightly… before booking I called and asked if the hot tub was working or available to use, the receptionist said yes it was not, it was ICE cold. They allow. Homeless to sit in the lobby where they will serve quest breakfast the next morning, during our stay there were 3 homeless in total and as I was coming in to the elevator a homeless woman shouts from the eating area with all her bags “excuse me miss! could I come and take a shower in your room!” I said “no sorry, I’m not the only one in my room” she gave a angry scowl and stared me down as I was getting onto the elevator, my mother went down shortly after and she was still there harassing guests about taking a shower in their room, the receptionist did nothing to protect the guest from this. We stayed a total of 3 nights 2 separate rooms due to health concerns and it being close to the surgery I had, the first room had a strong smell of fabiloso it took hours with the fan on, door and windows open to clear it out. There were several burn marks on the curtains. The plus side was only the location and the beds were very comfortable.

The rooms are average. The desk help isn't too helpful and at the same time they won't really jack you around. Last but not least is the location. Its real close to the freeway but four or five miles away from downtown where all the cool shit is if you're a visitor. All together this hotel/ motel?, don't know which it is, has video poker right across the street which makes it a 10! The bar only stays open till 10 or 12 on the weekends and that my friends brings it back down to a 3. Sad they couldn't get some v.p. in the hotel. That would make for some five star dining and shit.

Clean, spacious rooms with pergo wood floors that are much easier to get clean than in carpeted floors. They have a comfy fireplace sitting area, and beyond that is the breakfast area, but be sure to get over there before 9am, when they close it down 😊.
