NillI've had two great experiences staying here. The rooms are excellent, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathrooms are very accommodating. On the previous stays, the staff was friendly and outgoing, but this time, it was different. In order to get a room. I thought paying forit was enough. Upon was asked for a credit card to put a "refundable incidental fee" of $100. I have never had to do something like this at Amy Motel or hotel.. ever. The first stay, I got $80 back and had forgotten about it till the second stay when they kept $80. I called 5 times in 5 weeks and only got the 'we'll call you back' after they said they'd look into it. I never got a call back. I couldn't even get a reason why I was charged the $80. This 'incidental fee' should be included in the room rate and not at checkout in when you can't cancel your reservation and get your money back. For lack of a better word, it's extortion.

NillI firmly believe that this will be an excellent place for travelers with dogs to stay. You can bring up to two dogs, and for additional dogs, a $15.00 fee is charged. It's considered a very cost-effective hotel, and there's a McDonald's and a Burger King within walking distance, making it convenient for a quick breakfast. The stay was much cleaner and more comfortable than expected, and I think it will be the same for most people except for special cases. The room is equipped with a microwave, a medium-sized refrigerator, and a kitchen sink, making it impressive to prepare simple meals. Most of the facilities are new, providing a comfortable stay. Free coffee is provided, and in front of the reception, you can purchase simple food and cooking utensils. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in the bathroom, and even dish soap is available in the kitchen. To the east, it's easy to access famous waterfalls and trail courses. To the west, Costco is nearby, and it's in a great location for accessing the city. I intend to stay here on my next visit and highly recommend this accommodation.

NillI stayed in this hotel to visit a relative who was sick. I was supposed to stay two nights. I came in, set my stuff down, and left for the evening. I came back late and unpacked, and then noted that the floor was dirty. I found toenails under the bed and flakes of what looked like skin all around. I put towels all around the bed so I wouldn’t have to walk on the floor. Overnight I had to go outside a couple of times to let the dog do her business and there were always suspicious characters in the parking lot (which was also filled with trash). There were also lots of gross stains in the hallways leading to the back door. There was also some barking from other guests shots, but that wasn’t too bad. In the morning I went to the front desk and told them I didn’t want to stay as it felt unclean and unsafe. The lady who helped me was very nice and she said she was going to take care of all it and talk to her manager and check in with the maids. She offered to change rooms, but the cleanliness of the room was only half the problem. After leaving I called and asked about my deposit ($100for a pet deposit!) they said to call back in 10 days and wait for it to clear my bank. I called back again and it turns out the extra money i was charged was for my second night. Apparently that lady never checked me out. No refunds are given is the standard that these people hold to. Even for a disgusting room and an unsafe environment. I spoke with both A. the assistant GM and C. the GM and neither were helpful in my situation. I spent over $200 to stay one uncomfortable night that google quoted me $93 for. Unacceptable service from a place that will never be my place.

NillMe and my wife initially stayed at the hotel next door (rosewood) website says pet friendly bur when you go to sign in there after booking online you find out they aren't pet friendly!!!! So we went here! Huge difference and really clean, quiet place. Nice amenities!!! And Chelsea is super awesome! Give that woman a raise!!!!

NillThere was an emergency, I never set foot in a room, and gave 24 hrs notice for 1 of the 2 nights planned and paid for, like their policy said to. I was told the manager would have to do the refund in the AM, given her card. The manager refused. If someone paid for weeks even, they say they can keep everything even if it doesn't ever get used and you give notice. Never been treated this way by any other hotel. I would have stayed both nights if I'd known they were going to lie about my getting a refund from the manager, I left for home to grieve privately because I'd been told I'd get a refund for the night I gave 24 hrs notice about. They scammed me good.

★★★★★We were very pleasantly surprised, since we got a deal on priceline for $77 plus tax per night, I thought, ok, it's going to smell bad or something like that. But no. The hotel was perfectly fine, had everything we were expecting, was clean, room was just fine, bed was good, people at the desk were courteous, no problems at all. Glad we got such a great deal and the place was clean and everything in order. Thank-you!

★★★★★Great hotel very clean rooms. Only problem was charged the 100 dollar cleaning fee again when we decided to stay longer. We were in same room so I feel they should have waved that fee. The staff is friendly especially Nate in housekeeping great guy with an amazing smile and personality.
