We stayed 2 nights and our first impression was bleak. And I had the bad attitude about and it rubbed off on the staff I apologized for my rudeness and the staff was actually very kind and tried to meet all of our issues. I’d have given 4 stars but the one thing that was lacking was the safety feeling. A lot of I call migrant workers and they all stood around the doors where we had to park. They were all drinking and seemed drunk they watched as we walked from our car to inside and if we needed to leave they were there watching. If I was myself wouldn’t have cared but had my wife and 2 young kids and it made it feeel uneasy then at night all you heard was music loud. Seems like they are renovating, rooms are nice a few small things that the staff addresses quickly but the guys around drinking and drunk don’t seem very family friendly after that.

This is one of the biggest jokes of a hotel I've ever seen. Jordana the front end lady, will go out of her way to not help you. And if you say anything that has any sort of urgency in the matter, she will get overwhelmed and panic. I booked a room online, whatever happened between that site and them I'm not sure, but I went in tried to book it for that night of somehow they got it in their system that it was 2 days from then when I actually needed the room. I finally made Jordana get the owner because she will try to not help you on the site that I booked it I tried to go back and adjust the date and it would not let me. It says that it's up to the owner of that location whether they want to help you or not. I had booked over a week's worth of stays with them prior. The owner said that he would not change the date he would not refund my money and that basically I could get bent luckily I ended up needing that room anyways. However, when I left there I forgot my debit card on the table in my room. I called there somewhere around 15 to 20 times with no response whatsoever. So after I got off work I stopped down to the motel to get my card back. Got to the front and Lady Jordana again just for her to greet me with "what do you want" I politely said hey did I leave my debit card here because I remember putting it on the table before I left, and then forgot to run back in to grab it. She said that they didn't find one. So I asked to talk to the owner who cowardly hid in his room so he didn't have to deal with the confrontation. Not only that the shower curtains had mold in them the toilets are not cleaned when I checked in, one of the toilets was so packed full of toilet paper that you can even use it. Same with the sink. Horrible customer service, horrible place to stay, save yourself from this awful place and head on over to motel 6, they leave the light on for you. Absolute joke of a company...

Bed was comfy, had problems with the TV at first but they were quick to fix and solve the problem. Didn't get in the pool but did touch the water it was so warm like a hot tub almost. The breakfast wasn't that great, there is a inexpensive place across the hwy that is delicious.

Positive: Was disappointed when we saw there was no hot tub, but surprisingly the pool water was really warm and relaxing. It was a nice surprise. Negative: Hotel is beyond renovating, very dilapidated and gross. Our room had a really bad smell but so did the hallways and common areas. The window AC which also acts as the heater had big cold drafts coming through that kept the room pretty chilly.

Had a great experience. Super friendly and helpful staff. Got stuck in a bad storm, and they gave us an extension on our checkout time to wait out the weather. They went over and above. We did not have toothpaste and the receptionist went to his room and grabbed his own toothpaste to barrow. Just stand up good people

TV was not set up for service. Bed was comfy and clean. Shower had nice water pressure. Maybe in remodel? Maid service was loud in hallway. I had a very early morning check in and only 7 hours before check out.

Not one to usually write reviews, but this had to be one of the worst places I've stayed for cleanliness. Bathroom floor dirty behind the door and along baseboard. Chairs in breakfast room were all so badly stained really did not want to sit down on one. Breakfast offerings not as good as at other places we stayed. The morning we left, encountered one gentleman who told us he had gone to the front desk twice and was unable to find anyone there. Likewise, when we went to check out, there was no one there. Also, the Wi-fi was not password-protected if that is an issue for anyone.

My room did not have carpet in living area, the tub had stains from what appears to be cigarette burnt and bleach near the drain causing a dirty look. Slept well. Breakfast was non-existent as the waffle batter was empty and nothing else around except yogurt.
