I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and the rooms were nice, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel offers great amenities, including a nice pool, a relaxing hot tub, a well-equipped gym, convenient laundry facilities for a small fee, and a small kitchenette in the room, which was very handy. The staff are nice and friendly. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

We got in late and settled into our room as a family. The room was good but by wife layer in pee in the bed that was soaked into the mattress. The bed was still made so maybe a dog or something had peed on it. The front desk worker was very helpful and got us into a great room. A part from that incident that hopefully encourages them to check beds and clean linens even if the bed is still made the hotel was good.

My family hosted an 80th birthday for my father and a memorial service for my younger brother at this property. The staff was out of this world, and I never stopped seeing them smile! We were so impressed with the property. Beautiful in-room kitchens really helped to cater to our families' needs. We rented the conference room to host the afternoon event, and were very impressed with the space. Lastly, you can get just about anywhere in Sioux Falls in about 10 minutes from this hotel. Uber worked great for getting around town. Hilton truly is a step above the rest. THANK YOU again to the staff, you really made our trip. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for lodging or a small event when in the Sioux Falls area.

We have stayed at Home2 Suites many times in Sioux Falls and have had a wonderful experience. I called to book a room since I was having surgery at Sanford early the next morning and we Live 2.5 hours away. He told me that nights charge would be $369. I told him absolutely not that was outrageous and price gouging. The funny thing is my husband is having surgery in December at Sanford and I’ve already booked that room and it was $169 for that night. Needless to say we’re staying somewhere else.

Wonderful experience! Staff was so kind and helpful! Rooms were everything you needed and more, very clean and comfortable! Breakfast was the best (assortment of breakfast sandwiches, breakfast bowls, omelets, waffles, bagels, cereal and juice)! Thank you to everyone for making our staff amazing!

I’ve stayed here a few times now. Every stay has been great. The walkway to the hospital is very handy. They were also flexible when I wasn’t sure if I needed extra nights or not. They take a lot of burden off when you have someone in the hospital.

We had an issue with the water temperature not staying warm and getting cold but the management was very kind and apologetic... She explained certain areas of the hotel have that issue with the water temperature. She also called to compensate for any inconveniences we experienced with our stay.

Breakfast was not good, pre-made breakfast sandwiches were hard and breads were hard. Helen on the evening shift was very unpleasant and rude to customers. Would not recommend staying at this location specifically due to the evening staff. Change in employees would be in the best interest of the hotel.
