NillWith hospitality tanking everywhere, this place impressed me. The rooms were spacious, hotel was nice and updated. Pool area was well cared for and clean, and even the poolside restrooms impressed me with cleanliness. Staff was friendly and housekeeping even left a handwritten welcome note in our room, how kind. The breakfast buffet area was spacious and offered a fantastic breakfast buffet. The pool area had something for kids all ages and the water was warm! We had a great quiet stay with three kids 8 and under. Thank you and your staff for your hard work to provide such a great stay, we will be back. This hotel is at the top of my list to recommend for SF stays.

NillThe customer service here was nice, the pool was fun for my daughters, my only complaint would be the beds not being that comfortable. I also didn’t like being right across from a stairway with the door wide open because it was louder than expected. The breakfast was good.

NillPool doesn't open until 9 AM, which is fine, but you can't even sit at the tables and have a conversation. Kids got yelled at for going from room to room outside of pool hours. The rooms were right next to each other and they weren't bothering anyone or being rowdy. Food right outside your room, away from the pool, gets you in trouble. There's no where but your bed to gather and eat for a big group on a Sunday evening (kids went right back in the pool after eating). All ages must be wearing shoes when going for breakfast (I get this to a point). Staff in the pool area felt extremely unfriendly. I was not impressed with the cleanliness. Our first morning staying, we went down to the pool right at 9AM and were told to get back in our rooms because it wasn't open yet. Either put a fence or roped area so people can sit at the tables, or take away pool side rooms and make it like pools at most other restaurants. Staff made you feel like inmates in the pool area with some of these reasons for yelling at us. The room to room thing being the most ridiculous. This wasn't worth our time and we will not be coming back.

NillBeautiful water park without a crowd. Very nice balcony and lots of comfort. Kylie (sorry if I spelled that wrong) at the front desk was a joy. Wonderful place to explore. Only thing is the TVs don’t have a guide. But it’s not a big deal. We come here every year a few days before Christmas and I enjoy every minute of it. 5 Stars.

NillMixed experience! Morning breakfast was quite nice. Had a sink not draining, was given a new room and help moving immediately. New room did not have shower shelves so soap and shampoo ended up on the floor. Double queen room, 1 bed was WAY past it's prime. Mystery buzzing noise first night, hard to sleep. There for a conference; overnight someone snuck in and stole electronics and more from more than several vendors.

NillThis is a good choice if you are looking to entertain your kids for a while. The pool area was good but a bit chilly. The breakfast was a decent hotel breakfast. The beds were comfortable. For the most part the staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel for family fun.

NillWe stayed at the Best Western Plus with our family and while there were some positives, our experience was mixed. We booked two rooms, but unfortunately, both smelled like sewage and had water flooding onto the floor. We had to move rooms twice before finding one without sewage coming out of the bathtub. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and accommodating, but they can only do so much when the hotel itself seems poorly maintained. The bar was a highlight—the bartender was fantastic, definitely a 10! My kids absolutely loved the water park, which was easily a 5-star experience for them. However, the gym was a disappointment. The cable machine was broken, and there wasn’t much equipment other than a working treadmill and bike. There was no water fountain or cleaning materials in the gym either, which was concerning. Overall, it’s a decent stay for families with kids if you’re mainly looking for water park fun, but there’s definitely room for improvement, especially in maintaining the property.
