Everything was clean. The bathroom smelled strongly of cleaner. The heater unit did not have constant fan. Breakfast quality was ok, but not great. Lots of road noise came in the room. The staff was friendly. One pillow smelled like armpit. The faucet handle fell off.

I would have absolutely 0 complaints if it wasn’t for the staff working. I stayed at this hotel on very short notice. The room was nice and clean, the building had a very fresh scent to it, shower was nice, had all of the accommodations you would expect and want from a hotel. However. When I booked, I was double charged. (There was a $25 early check in fee which I was and am fine with) when asking the front desk about being double charged. I was informed it wasn’t for a room deposit or anything and it was purely a mistake. The young lady at the desk said she would leave a note for her manager and I left. I called back a few days later to check the status on the refund for being double charged, then same lady from the front desk answered stating she would leave a note for her manager (indicating she didn’t do so the first time). Fast forward to a week later, I call back, a receptionist answers and I ask to speak to a manager, I get the same lady as the times before, and I ask if she is the manager to which she replies yes. During the phone call she rudely talks over me, refuses to listen to anything I had to say, cut me off as I’m explaining what MY BANK STATEMENT says. She states that I should call back in 3 hours so she can talk with me about the charges, and then states her manager will be there around 11pm, so when I ask to speak to a manager I was lied to, (clearly could have said their manager was not available or in at the time) when I had initially booked they said it was $78.79 a room per night, I stayed two nights so that would add up to $157.58 , plus the $25 early check in fee so $182.58. In my bank statement it says I was charged 3 times, a $182.58, a $78.79 and a $25. The two nights plus the $25 early check in fee adds up to the $182.58 charge. But I have had a hell of a time getting ANY answered on the additional $78.79 charge or the additional $25 charge. If it weren’t for the way the employee handled the situation and currently is handling the situation I would happily stay again as I will be traveling to South Dakota frequently. Again, lovely rooms, less than helpful staff.

Coffee pot in room was broken. Asked for new one or repair and request was ignored. Blood stains on a couple of pillows. Stains on walls and chair. Very dirty room. Cleaning staff just seems to skim through quickly. Walls too thin, could hear others guests talking in next room at normal conversational volumes. Continental breakfast was sub-par, fruit was half rotten. Stayed 1 night then fled. Never going back. This one really gives Days Inn a bad name.

Came to Sioux Falls for a concert and stayed here. Beautiful rooms, plenty of pillows (most hotels don't leave enough). Wonderful staff and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again when we come back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Days Inn just south of I-90. It was an unexpectedly wonderful experience, from the moment I walked in, to the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding that guaranteed a good night’s sleep. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the microwave and mini-fridge, which made my stay even more convenient. One of the standout features of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. With a variety of options there was something for everyone. It was a great way to start my day. Throughout my stay, the staff remained friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and it was evident that the management takes pride in maintaining a high standard. In summary, my stay at the Days Inn was delightful, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and a great location made my visit truly enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future!

Very friendly and helpful girls at front desk! Super clean place that smells good too! I would recommend if your looking for a hotel thats quiet and a hassle free stay with a decent breakfast at a super reasonable price!

The hotel smelled really bad, maybe musty, I'm not sure. The light switch in the room didn't work. I couldn't handle the smell. I was checked in for all of 10 minutes. The gal at the front desk didn't know how to check me out. I was not given a refund for the night I didn't stay because of the smell...which whatever I guess. Lost my 6500 points for nothing. Pictures online didn't match what the hotel actually looked like.
