Great location. The stafff was super nice whether it was 2pm or 2am. Parking lot seemed a little sketchy but that’s just the big city. Breakfast was nice. Overall I’d stay again.

I stayed here long enough to feel unsafe. The rooms are nice and upgraded modern. Thin walls will have you up all night. Days are normal. However, the nights felt uneasy. After reading some comments about the break-ins, I was outside and saw the security guy monitoring the lot. He got out of his patrol car and proceeded to go inside to see the front desk. No one was at the front desk for the longest time. He then proceeded to stepping back outside and took photos of some of the parked cars with his personal cell phone. Why would he need these photos? This is free parking, I should say, so it's not like he was towing the cars. Sketchy men walk the lot as well. Just the fact that the front wasn't monitored and the front door you didn't need a key card to enter was just enough to feel unsafe. Anyone can enter the hallways without a stay.

I had 2 vehicle burglaries in this parking lot within the span of 1 week and a couple days. I get that it’s around the holidays/ we’re in Austin but there’s a security guard that patrols in his vehicle at night. The night before thanksgiving, I had been approached by him after parking my vehicle and I was grabbing things out of my backseat(11:30-midnight) and says he’s making sure I’m not breaking in….. I wake up to go to work the next morning and both my back passenger windows were smashed….. where was this guy during the hours it happened?! Second time was this morning (06 Dec)I park right in front of my window by the front entrance and live on the top floor so I have a view of my vehicle. I had gotten to the hotel after work around 1am and earlier that day the vehicle was detailed(squeaky clean nothing in sight) I wake up the next day to the same back windows smashed.(These are factory privacy windows btw)Also, my room door was slightly opened after housekeeping cleaned my room…. I assume they forgot to turn the knob so that the door closes all the way. Oh yeah, there’s also huge roaches that appear in your bedroom from time to time. Staff is super friendly but need to tighten up security or something man. $1k spent on window repairs is insane for living here almost 2months.

Nice rooms and excellent service. Carmen at the front desk was especially helpful and got a small issue with my room resolved.

Worst Marriott Experience we’ve ever had. Checked in on mobile app for two nights. Were delayed and finally arrived the second day only to find out the management gave out room away - even after we checked in.

After checking into a nearby Fairfield Inn and finding the sofa bed mattress covered in crumbs, we requested another room at that location. The front desk attendant kindly gave us another room. Unfortunately the mattress on the sofa bed in the new room was even worse. Dirty and stained. We left and drove to this Residence Inn. Tanya was working the front desk. It was late, we needed a room, and Tanya took care of us. Our room here is large, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of room, hooks in the bathroom for towels (towels are awesome!), great shower pressure, comfortable beds, and kind employees. I’m glad things didn’t work out at the Fairfield Inn. Thanks to Tanya for her warm welcome, and for turning this stay into our usual good experience at Marriott properties.
