Hilton Garden Inn Austin North-Near the Domain

The staff was good. But the room left a lot to be desired. The room was so spacious that it easily could have accommodated a table so we could eat our goodies and gather. But it did not. The bathroom was so spacious that it could have accommodated a couple of pieces of furniture to put our toiletries, but it did not. Unfortunately, it also did not have any towel racks on the vast, empty walls and the vanity was too small for two women. It made no sense with so much space in the two-queen room that the bathroom was so sparse. Neither of us would come back here to stay.

My family and I recently visited Austin and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Austin North for a weekend getaway. This hotel truly made our trip amazing!||First, the location was perfect—it was close to everything on our itinerary. Second, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially toward our 4- and 6-year-old. The room was spotless and welcoming, and the entire hotel felt top-notch.||On Saturday morning, we decided to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant, where we were warmly greeted by Vivi while Nicki worked in the kitchen. Vivi was an absolute breath of fresh air! She went above and beyond to make our kids feel welcome and comfortable, ensuring they had a great, nutritious meal.||Noticing that the adults weren’t eating (we’re not big on breakfast and usually wait until lunch), Vivi kindly let us know that we were welcome to grab a bite for free since kids eat free and adults pay $15.99. She didn’t have to do that, but her kindness made a lasting impression.||She checked in on us frequently, as well as on other guests, always radiating warmth. At one point, she playfully acted as if she had a surprise for our kids, then revealed a full Starburst candy bar. Again, she didn’t have to do that, but it absolutely made their day!||While our experience with Vivi was incredible, it was clear from the start that this level of hospitality wasn’t just a one-time thing—it’s simply who she is.||We will absolutely return to this hotel and visit the restaurant every time we’re in the area. They’ve gained a customer for life!

Various Hilton Gardens have spoiled me over the years. It’s a great chain and this location at The Domain in Austin is no exception. Comfortable, very clean, and a great room layout with all of the features I want. ||This morning I was up a bit too early and coffee wouldn’t normally be ready for another 30 minutes. I’m traveling with my light-sleeping wife and I didn’t want to wake her with the in-room Keurig (SP?). Desiree at the front desk was delightful and offered, as a non-coffee drinker mind you, to see if she could get a cup going for me and another early riser. We would’ve been fine waiting but she jumped right in got us our first cup. It was greatly appreciated and another reason I’ll return to Hilton Gardens.

This experience was awesome. When we first walked in, I knew we were going to have a good time. Nicole at the front desk was awesome!! The room was very nice and spacious, and we slept great. We were here for a family trip, so overall we had a great experience. Totally recommend!

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn near The Domain for a work trip. The rooms were clean but felt really small, especially for the price. The lobby was impressively spacious, but unfortunately, that didn’t translate to the rooms. Even after being a gold member , service left a lot to be desired—no complimentary water the first day, and I had to go down to get it. The host was often away from the desk and didn’t seem particularly engaged when present. Also, charging for water in the room felt unnecessary. Overall, it was an okay stay, but the experience could have been better with more attentive service and some small hospitality touches.

Nicole at the desk was amazing. She made me feel very welcomed. She helped me and my brother get to our rooms and provided excellent service. She has an amazing attitude and was willing to make sure me and my guests were all taken care of. Highly recommend.

Peyton from the front desk was incredibly generous and sweet when it came to my sister joining me for my concert and needing somewhere to park. I appreciate her kindness so very much and Desiree’s for helping us get checked in just a little bit earlier. Thank you guys so much and I will absolutely come back!

Peyton at the front desk is amazing, so sweet and welcoming. She shared the local area attractions, made local recommendations and just went above and beyond to provide a welcoming guest experience. The rooms are super clean, comfortable bed and to top it off a “HOT” shower, yummy coffee choices in room. The food at Garden Grill was delicious. Definitely will be my home away from home next time I’m in Austin to visit family!
