The room and service that I received at my stay was as predicted. When I got there, they checked us in immediately and were nice. A guest who checked in before us came down stairs and demanded a refund, which is unbelievable considering the price for a room. Some people need to be humbled and realize what they pay for is what they get. However, no complaints on my end. The bed was made and clean, there was plenty of towels and toiletries, it was everything I needed for a night. There was also breakfast, which I didn’t get to attend. 🥲 If you don’t plan on being in the room all day and will be out doing activities, this place was perfect for a simple sleep.

I recently stayed here for 2 nights. Online the price was 60$ but then sky rocked to 240$ with all the fees. The location wasn’t the safest but we knew that coming in, I just wasn’t expecting it to be THAT bad. The room had a weird smell and the out side smelled like dog pee. They only gave us 1 towel even though we booked the room for 2 guests. They also have no free WiFi even though they advertise that on their website. I wouldn’t recommend staying here even if you’re looking for a “cheaper” option. Quality over quantity.

The staff was welcoming and my room was ready on arrival. That was where the good times ending. I walked in the room and immediately smelled the overpowering cologne of the last guest. As I went toward the bathroom there was a rancid smell. After investigating, I realized it was the sink - it obviously had not be cleaned, let alone sanitized. The towel rack was bent and not usable, the toilet paper roll had to be set on the back of the toilet because there was no holder for the roll. The bathtub had dirt in it and the covering was peeling off. The smoking section was right outside my room, so it was a bit noisy. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a clean, quiet room.

Could be better. I would give 5 stars if the light in the bathroom was not on & off. I don’t know whether it was a motion sensor kind of light? If so, that was the wrong place to have it. Plus it didn’t work. There was also a non-smoking room, but there was a smoke hole/ cigarette burned on the bedsheet. Other than that, the room was quite nice.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed how untidy it was. The bedding looked unkempt, and there were stains on the carpet that made the room feel uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was a strong, unpleasant smell of weed lingering in the air. It was so overpowering that it made it difficult to relax or feel at ease. Additionally, despite booking the room for three people, we were only provided with one towel. This was extremely inconvenient, as it left us scrambling to figure out a solution. It's clear that the hotel did not properly prepare for our stay or prioritize cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless improvements are made in both the cleanliness and the attention to guest needs. It's a shame, as the location had potential, but the issues with the room made it a very unpleasant experience.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. No remote for TV, no shower curtain, refrigerator leaked, no towels for 2 guest and one of the beds were dirty. We requested another room, but staff said they were booked. We finally received a remote after asking 3 times. My husband was given sheets to make the bed and a shower curtain was put up after 2 hours. I will not recommend this hotel to a dog.

I had to be moved to 3 separate rooms before deciding to leave and stay somewhere else. The first with a cockroach; second, in a smoke-free hotel wreaked of smoke; and the third was completely dirty, with blood on the walls and filthy bathtub. The man at the front desk was no help. Would not recommend.

Positive: The staff was helpful and kind. My husband was hospitalized. It was a stressful time. They were lovely. Negative: The closet didn't have hangers. Other than that, everything was good.
