Surestay Hotel By Best Western 802 Park Street Baytown TX 77520

There is nothing fancy about this hotel but the bed was comfortable and rooms were very clean. Location is somewhat interesting with a few sketchy people around. Very tiny and limited breakfast area. There was a lady standing on the second floor room blasting hip hop music from her door with her door open. I stared her down for a minute and she turned down the music. Don’t expect much more than a good nights sleep.

Have friends that stay here . Really nice place to stay. The owners have remodeled and looks really good Need a room for the night or for however long u need to stay, this is ur place in Baytown.

You could've white gloved my room and came up clean, extra nice, extra clean. The parking lot was even quiet over the weekend. Oh and the price was very inexpensive as well as a huge discount on a weekly if you have an Exxon Mobile badge.

Not a bad place, but didn't know till after booking that I couldn't have my dogs there. A $200 dollar fine if you get caught bringing in pets.

Worst hotel ever! I just getting from work I’m changing clothes and these people decide just to walk right in my room without knocking or anything saying that my husband and I are supposed to be checking out though I do not have a husband nor anybody here with me. They let somebody else room that shouldn’t have been and they ended up stealing all of their stuff because they were in somebody else’s room. Just horrible. I am definitely never staying here again.

They recently upgraded the rooms and the hotel surroundings. Nice area to stay in if you are near Baytown. Breakfast is a bit small and not many options, but some rooms have stove/hotplates, fridge, and a sink. So you can buy groceries and stock your room. Housekeepers are really nice and diligent folks. Parking is available for one maybe two semi tractors behind the building near the fence. Also a small mall across the street has parking as well, near the Dollar store. The front desk is very attentive to watching the parking lot vehicles at all hours via video surveillance and personal walks.

The property is older, but the rooms have all been redone. Beds are comfortable, rooms clean. They don't have a pool. That was the only drawback. All rooms have kitchenettes with full size fridge! Definitely a plus! If I'm in the area again, I will definitely stay there again. I travel for work. I'm in a different hotel every week, so I feel like I'm somewhat a 'professional' when it comes to reviewing hotels. Hope this helps someone else find a nice place to stay.

The prices are competitive, the service is not great but it's there. If you don't ask for towels before the normal day shift is over you're out of luck. The hotel is new and the rooms are great compared to others in the price range. The bed is comfortable. The continental breakfast could use a little bit more variety but the eating area is clean. The range / stove in my room has not been working since I got there. The manager has not gotten it fixed either. It has been over a week. I have stayed here before and it was great, the stove is the only major issue I'm having right now. The parking lot is lit up brightly and there are a lot of cameras so I appreciate that. All in all, not bad... good for the money.
